AmazeFun Egg Night Light, 2600mAh

A dark nursery can make a nighttime feeding or diaper change harder than it needs to be, especially when a bright room light would wake everyone up. The AmazeFun egg night light offers adjustable illumination for those small overnight tasks.

Choose a white-light temperature for a more practical glow, or switch to RGB colors for a softer bedtime atmosphere. Brightness adjusts by touch, so you can make the light dimmer without hunting for a separate control.

If you prioritize a portable light with several color options, this design covers both, if you prefer a simple plug-in lamp, its rechargeable battery and touch controls may be more than you need.

Where it shines

For a late-night feed, the useful detail is the choice of three white-light temperatures: 2700K warm white, 4000K natural white, and 6000K cool white. You can keep a warmer setting for a calmer feel or choose a cooler one when you need to see more clearly. The product also offers 12 RGB colors and two dynamic color-changing modes, though those effects are less relevant when the priority is a steady, unobtrusive light.

A practical example: keep it on a bedside table, tap the top to cycle through the lighting options, then press and hold to lower the brightness while you settle the baby. It’s also described as portable for use around the home or while traveling. You’ll appreciate it if you want one small light for feeds, diaper changes, and bedtime routines rather than relying on the main room light.

Key points

The egg-shaped lamp has a built-in 2600mAh rechargeable battery and charges through USB Type-C in approximately four hours. The stated runtime ranges from 8 to 100 hours depending on brightness and lighting mode, so the longest figure shouldn’t be treated as a guarantee for every setting. There’s no runtime breakdown for a specific color or brightness level in the provided details.

Controls are split between the base and the touch-sensitive top: the base button handles power and mode selection, while tapping the top cycles through light options. Double-tapping turns it off, and holding the top adjusts brightness from 5% to 100%. That range is helpful for dialing in a low glow, although it does mean learning a few gestures instead of using a single conventional switch. The light is made from BPA-free material and has a smooth finish, according to the product details.

Best use cases

This light is aimed at nursery routines, night feeds, reading, relaxing, and bedtime. Its portable, rechargeable format can suit parents who want to move a lamp between a bedside table and another room, or pack a light for travel. The red option may appeal for overnight care when you want a colored glow, but the listed details don’t explain whether it has a dedicated red-only control beyond selecting colors in RGB mode.

Compared with a basic night light that offers only one fixed glow, this one gives more control over color and brightness. In return, it needs recharging and has more modes to navigate. Better avoided if you need a lamp with a stated runtime for one specific setting, or if you’d rather have a permanently plugged-in light with no battery to manage.

Is it worth it?

The AmazeFun makes the most sense if you’ll use its adjustable brightness, multiple white-light temperatures, or portability during nursery care. USB-C charging and touch dimming are practical touches for a lamp that may be used in a dark room with one hand free. Its strongest selling point is flexibility, not a clearly specified all-night runtime: the advertised 8-to-100-hour range varies with brightness and mode. Choose it for a rechargeable, customizable bedside glow, look elsewhere if your main requirement is a predictable duration on one setting or the simplicity of a fixed plug-in light.
