FROGG TOGGS Dog Raincoat, Size XS

When a quick walk turns wet, a raincoat can help keep your dog more comfortable without putting the outing on hold.

The FROGG TOGGS Dogg Toggs is a lightweight raincoat in pink, listed in size XS.

It pairs an adjustable fit with a leash opening and reflective details for practical use outdoors.

Key specifications

The coat is described as waterproof and breathable, according to the maker. Its lightweight, flexible design is intended to let a dog move freely in wet conditions rather than feel weighed down by a heavier cover.

An adjustable chest strap and hood use barrel-lock toggles to help secure the fit. A leash-access opening lets you connect a harness without removing the coat. Reflective tape on the chest and back adds visibility in low-light conditions, though it is not a substitute for watching traffic or using other safety measures.

The listed color is pink and the listed size is XS. No garment measurements or care instructions are included in the available details, so the size label alone may not settle whether it will fit your dog.

Who it’s for

This raincoat is aimed at owners who want a lightweight layer for everyday walks in wet weather, especially when a harness is part of the usual setup. Picture stepping out for a short neighborhood walk as rain starts: the leash opening keeps the harness connection accessible, while the adjustable chest strap and hood give you a way to snug the cover in place.

The XS listing makes sizing the key decision. A dog’s size label is not enough to establish fit, and the product details here do not provide measurements to compare against your dog. A solid pick if the listed size matches your needs and you want a coat with leash access and reflective tape. You may want to skip it if you need a confirmed fit based on garment dimensions or are shopping for a size other than XS.

Everyday use

For a walk at dawn or near dusk, reflective tape on the chest and back can make your dog easier to notice in low light. The hood and adjustable chest strap give you some control over how the coat sits, while the flexible design is meant to avoid restricting movement. In practice, the useful distinction is between a cover that supports an ordinary wet-weather walk and simply drying your dog afterward, this coat is designed for wearing outside, not just cleanup at the door.

The details do not specify how the hood stays positioned during active play or how the coat performs in prolonged, heavy rain. If those are central to your use, the listed features do not answer that question. This is a more functional approach than relying on a towel after a walk, but the available information is not enough to judge fit or performance for demanding conditions.

Before you decide

Can you attach a leash while the coat is on? The coat has a leash-access opening intended to make connecting a harness easier without taking the raincoat off.

Does it include reflective details? Yes. Reflective tape is described on the chest and back to improve visibility in low-light conditions, it does not guarantee that drivers will see your dog.

Can you adjust the fit? The chest strap is adjustable, and the hood has barrel-lock toggles. Those features allow adjustment, but they do not confirm that size XS will fit a particular dog.

When it makes sense

Choose this FROGG TOGGS raincoat if you need a pink, lightweight dog cover in size XS and value harness access, adjustable closures, and reflective tape for routine walks in wet weather. Look elsewhere if you need a different listed size, want measurements before deciding, or need details about care and performance in extended downpours. Those missing specifics matter more than the feature list when a precise fit or tougher-weather use is essential.
