FEED GARDEN Glass Hummingbird Feeder 16 oz

A hummingbird feeder can be frustrating when nectar leaks or insects crowd the feeding ports. This glass design pairs a gasket seal with bee-guard ports and a built-in ant moat to help address those everyday problems.

The clear bottle makes it easier to see when nectar is running low, so you can decide when to refill without guessing.

It comes as a two-pack, with four feeding ports on each feeder and perches for birds to rest while feeding. Is that a better fit than a basic single-port feeder? It may be if you want to watch activity at more than one spot.

How to use it

Hang the feeder outdoors where you can see the nectar level and reach it for regular cleaning. The wide-mouth bottle is designed to make both refilling and washing less fiddly, for example, you can take it down when the nectar needs replacing, rinse the container, and refill it without working through a narrow opening. The bottle is transparent, so a quick glance can help you keep track of the supply.

The four metal flower ports have bee guards, and the built-in moat is intended to discourage ants from reaching the feeder. These features may help reduce unwanted visitors, but they don’t make the feeder maintenance-free. The instructions call for mild soap and warm water, thorough drying to help prevent rust, and dry storage when it is not in use. It is not dishwasher safe, which matters if you prefer equipment that can go straight into a dishwasher after each refill.

Pros

• The gasket is described as leak-proof, helping limit spills if the feeder is jostled by wind or a landing bird.
• A wide opening and clear glass bottle make refilling, cleaning, and checking nectar levels more straightforward.
• Four feeding ports and a circular metal perch give hummingbirds room to feed and rest.
• Two feeders are included, which may suit someone setting up more than one outdoor feeding location.

Worth considering if you want a glass feeder with several ports and built-in features intended to deter ants and bees. It may not suit you if dishwasher-safe cleaning is a priority or if you need exact dimensions before deciding where to hang it, no measurements are provided here.

Is it worth it?

This FEED GARDEN feeder is geared toward someone who wants a visible nectar supply, multiple feeding ports, and a little help managing insects without moving to a more basic design. The two-pack could be useful if you have two suitable places to hang a feeder, while the glass bottle makes the fill level easy to monitor. The trade-off is upkeep: it needs hand washing and careful drying, and the available details don’t establish how it will fit a particular hook or outdoor spot. Choose it if those care requirements work for you, look elsewhere if dishwasher cleaning or confirmed dimensions are deal-breakers.
