DREO DR-HSH014 16-Inch PTC Space Heater, 1500W, Remote & Oscillation

For bedrooms, living rooms, and offices that need indoor warmth, the DREO DR-HSH014 combines a compact tower design with adjustable heat and room-wide oscillation.

Its 1500W PTC ceramic heating, digital thermostat, and ECO mode give you several ways to tailor the heat to your space and routine.

A remote control, timer, and Shield360° safety features make it practical for everyday use in rooms where convenient controls and built-in protection matter.

Highlights

The 1500W PTC ceramic heating element is designed for fast warmth, while 70° oscillation helps distribute air across a broader area than a fixed-direction heater. Choose from three speed settings, ECO mode, or fan mode to suit the moment. The digital thermostat adjusts from 41°F to 95°F in 1°F increments, so you can set a target temperature rather than relying only on a fixed heat setting.

For quieter spaces such as a bedroom or home office, the listed sound level is 34 dB. The included remote lets you adjust settings from across the room, and the built-in timer can be set from 1 to 12 hours. Shield360° safety features include tip-over and overheat protection, a 24-hour auto-off function, and a safety plug. The heater is ETL-listed and uses V-0 flame-retardant materials.

How it fits

This is a corded, floor-mount tower heater for indoor use. Its 15.83-inch height and 5.1-pound weight give it a compact footprint for placing in a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, or home office. The tower format pairs naturally with room-focused heating: position it where its oscillating airflow can serve the area you use, then adjust the thermostat or timer from the heater or remote.

A room heater offers a different approach from fixed heating: it provides a dedicated source of warmth in the room where you want it. For a typical evening at home, for example, you can set a comfortable temperature in the living room, use oscillation to spread the airflow, and set the timer to match your routine. It runs on corded electric power, with listed power options from 1,000 to 1,500 watts.

Who it’s for

The DR-HSH014 is a fit for people seeking a portable indoor heater with more control than a simple on/off unit. Its adjustable thermostat, three speeds, ECO mode, and timer are useful when room comfort needs to change through the day. The remote is convenient when the heater is positioned across a bedroom or office, while the oscillating tower format works well for shared living spaces.

Buyer feedback often highlights quick heating, bedroom use, compact size, and the convenience of the remote and temperature controls. Some customers also describe automatic shutoff as useful, while reliability feedback is mixed, including reports of units shutting off and not restarting.
