Dreamon MZ005 Wooden Barber Shop Play Set, 21-Piece Role-Play Kit
Product description
For children ages 3–6 who enjoy imaginative role-play, this wooden barber shop set turns a pretend haircut into an interactive salon scenario. It combines a wearable beard with familiar grooming tools, giving kids different ways to take turns as barber and customer. Choose it for focused salon play, a general dress-up set offers a broader theme instead.
Size & fit
The set is child-size, with overall item dimensions of 6.8 x 5.2 x 1.9 inches. Its tool bag gives children a place to gather the barber accessories between scenes, while the wearable beard adds a hands-on element to pretend shaving and styling. The compact set format also suits a play area where keeping one themed activity together is useful.
What you’ll notice day to day
This is more than a collection of pretend grooming tools: the hair dryer blows air, and the electric shaver vibrates to add interactive details to salon play. The shaver has two replaceable heads, and the assortment also includes scissors, a comb, a mirror, sprays, and shaving accessories. Children can set up a haircut, switch roles, and use the apron, scarf, and towel as part of the scene. These steps encourage creative thinking, hand-eye coordination, fine motor practice, and social interaction through play.
The wooden accessories have smooth edges and rounded corners, creating a tactile feel for little hands. The set is designed for screen-free imaginative play, whether a child is playing independently or inviting someone else into the barber shop. Buyers have responded positively to its role-play appeal and cute appearance, highlighting the fun of acting out barber shop scenarios.
The hair dryer and vibrating shaver add movement and sound-free sensory cues to the pretend routine. The electric shaver requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included. This is a practical detail to account for if you want those interactive functions ready for play.

When it makes sense
It makes sense if you’re choosing a themed gift for a child who likes copying everyday routines, or looking for a focused activity for birthday play, holidays, or classroom role-play. Compared with open-ended pretend-play toys, the barber shop theme gives children a clear starting point: arrange the tools, take a turn styling or shaving, then swap roles. The wearable beard and interactive dryer and shaver help make each scene more engaging, while the variety of accessories supports different ways to play. For young salon enthusiasts, it brings the tools and props together for imaginative barber shop play in one child-size set.
