DOQAUS Z-001 Digital Hygrometer and Indoor Thermometer, Black, 5-Second Refresh

Some rooms need a quick temperature check, others benefit from tracking humidity along with it. The DOQAUS Z-001 combines both readings in a compact digital monitor for indoor spaces.

Its sensor refreshes every five seconds, and the LCD uses large, bold numbers for a quick glance. A comfort indicator adds a simple visual cue based on the room’s humidity.

Place it on a tabletop, hang it, or attach it to a metal surface. That flexibility makes it easy to position where you want to keep an eye on the room.

Quick overview

The Z-001 measures indoor temperature and humidity, with a temperature accuracy of ±1°F and a stated operating humidity range of 10% to 99%. Temperature readings cover -58°F to 158°F. Switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius with the unit button to use the format that suits your routine.

Three face icons indicate dry, comfortable, or wet air conditions. They offer an at-a-glance prompt when you’re deciding whether to adjust a humidifier or dehumidifier. Buyers often appreciate the bold, easy-to-read display, while feedback on accuracy is mixed. Some also report concerns about durability and battery life, so customer experiences vary.

Fit and sizing

The black monitor measures 1.8 inches wide by 2.3 inches high. Its compact footprint works on a desk, shelf, or other tabletop surface, and the built-in stand keeps it upright for viewing. For a wall or another convenient spot, use the hanging hole, the rear magnet provides another placement option on a metal surface.

Choosing among these positions is useful when the best place to read the display differs from the most convenient place to mount it. For example, a tabletop setup keeps the screen in view on a counter, while hanging or magnetic placement can free up that surface. The package includes the indoor thermometer and a user manual.

Everyday use

Use the monitor in a bedroom, kitchen, cellar, greenhouse, reptile terrarium, or incubator to check the surrounding temperature and humidity. In a baby’s room, the display makes it easy to see both readings together, in a greenhouse or terrarium, the humidity indication adds context to the temperature reading. Its five-second refresh keeps the displayed measurements updated at regular intervals as you monitor the space.

This is a practical choice when you want one small device to show both conditions rather than checking temperature alone. Keep it in the area you want to monitor, then use its stand, hanging hole, or magnet to suit the available placement. The icon indicator gives a quick humidity comfort reference, while the numeric readings let you see the measured values directly.
