DOOOB S003 Ceramic Cat Water Fountain, 2.1L, Copper Spout, Dual Flow

Made from ceramic and holding 2.1L/71oz, the DOOOB S003 gives cats and dogs a recirculating place to drink, with a copper spout and two water-flow styles. Its ceramic design is easy to clean, while the flowing water offers a different choice from a standard still-water bowl.

Switch between a tap-style stream and a fountain-style flow to suit your pet’s drinking area. The integrated pump design is made for straightforward removal during cleaning and setup.

Key points

The fountain combines a ceramic reservoir with a copper spout and a recirculating filtration system. A sponge filter catches impurities, while the carbon filter helps capture hair and soften the water for a fresher-tasting drink. Three carbon filters and three sponge filters are included, so you have replacements for routine care.

The pump is rated below 30 dB and uses 0.7W. That quiet operation can help the fountain blend into everyday home spaces, including areas where people and pets rest. Keep the water level topped up: when it gets too low, the pump may become noisy and run dry.

Buyers often praise the quiet operation, ceramic construction, easy setup, and ease of cleaning. Pet interest is another recurring positive impression, while opinions on value are mixed. These are individual customer impressions rather than a promise of how every pet will respond.

Quick sizing guide

With a 2.1L/71oz capacity, this fountain provides a shared drinking point for cats and dogs. The listing identifies small dog breeds as a size category. Choose its placement based on where your pet can comfortably reach the spout and where you can refill and clean the reservoir as part of your routine. Actual refill frequency depends on how much your pets drink.

Practical tips

Set the fountain on a stable surface near your pet’s usual drinking area, then fill it with water before operating the pump. The two modes—the tap-like stream and the fountain flow—let you offer different styles of moving water in the same unit. If the water level drops too low, refill promptly to help the pump avoid running dry.

For regular upkeep, clean the fountain and pump and replace the filter cartridge every 1–2 weeks, adjusting the routine to the number of pets in your home. The integrated pump can be removed for cleaning, making it easier to reach the parts that need attention. Keeping to a regular cleaning and filter-change schedule helps maintain the recirculating setup.

Practical questions

What filter components does the fountain use? It uses a carbon filter and a sponge filter. The sponge catches impurities, and the carbon filter helps capture hair and soften the water. Three of each filter type are included.

How often should I clean the fountain and change its filter? The recommended routine is to clean the fountain and pump and replace the filter cartridge every 1–2 weeks, depending on how many pets use it.

Can I choose how the water flows? Yes. The fountain offers a tap-style stream and a fountain-style flow, so you can choose between two moving-water presentations.
