Donner EC960-1 Bluetooth Page Turner Pedal, Rechargeable, Silver

A tap on the screen can interrupt a performance or reading flow. The Donner EC960-1 gives you foot-controlled page turning, so you can keep your hands on an instrument or your place at a lectern.

Use it to move through digital sheet music, guitar tabs, lyrics, teleprompter text, or other media. Bluetooth connects the pedal wirelessly, and its built-in rechargeable battery is rated for 50+ hours per charge.

Five mode buttons let the pedal send different commands, giving you options for apps that respond to different key or mouse inputs. Its silver plastic housing suits a practical setup at home, in rehearsal, or during a performance.

What it works with

The pedal is designed for phones, tablets, and computers, including Android devices, iPads, PCs, and Macs. It can control music-reading and reading apps, as well as scrolling lyrics, guitar tabs, teleprompter text, and media. That makes it useful beyond turning pages of sheet music: one foot-operated controller can help you move through several types of on-screen content while your hands stay free.

App support matters. The app needs to accept input from an external Bluetooth pedal. The five control modes send different commands, including arrow keys, page up/down, mouse clicks, and Space/Enter. Select a mode that matches the app’s controls, if the pedal does not respond as expected, check the app’s settings for external Bluetooth pedal support.

Buyers often appreciate the straightforward activation, Bluetooth pairing, and battery life. Feedback is mixed on long-term reliability and page-turn behavior, so experiences vary. The practical advantage remains its hands-free control across supported apps and devices.

Usage tips

Pair the pedal with your device over Bluetooth, then choose one of the five modes using the center-panel buttons. Try the available modes in your chosen app to find the commands it recognizes. Once set, use the foot switches to move through pages or other content without reaching for the screen. For a music stand or lectern, position the pedal where you can operate it comfortably while keeping your attention on the performance or presentation.

For a setup centered on touch controls, tapping the display remains a direct way to navigate. The EC960-1 offers a different approach: foot-operated input for situations where your hands are occupied or you want to keep them on your instrument. Its USB-rechargeable design also means you can recharge the built-in battery between uses with the included cable.

Buying verdict

The Donner EC960-1 is a practical fit for musicians, readers, and presenters who want hands-free navigation through supported phone, tablet, or computer apps. Bluetooth operation, five selectable control modes, and a 50+ hour rechargeable battery make it especially useful for rehearsals, performances, and presentations where reaching for the screen would break your flow.
