DIBMS PEC00592x4-DI 4-Pack Solar Camping Lanterns, 300-Lumen LED

When a narrow beam is not enough, a lantern that lights the surrounding area can make camp setup or a power outage easier to manage. Need both hands-free area lighting and a focused beam? The DIBMS 4-pack combines a collapsible lantern with a flashlight in each unit. Recharge by USB or solar power, then pack the lights in a camping kit or keep them ready at home.

Worth noting

Each lantern has two lighting modes: raise the collapsible body for 360-degree illumination, or use the flashlight beam when you want to direct light ahead. Pulling the lantern up adjusts its brightness, so you can tailor the light to a campsite, a tabletop task, or a room during an outage. The lantern output is rated up to 300 lumens.

The dual charging options give you a choice between USB charging and solar charging in direct sunlight. USB charging takes about 4 hours, while solar charging requires 9 hours of direct sunlight. A cable is included for USB charging. With four lights in the pack, you can place one where you need it and keep the others in different parts of your home, vehicle, or camping gear.

The collapsible design helps the lantern take up less room when stored, and its folding hook supports hanging use when you want to keep a light overhead and your hands free. Its IPX4 rating is suited to exposure to splashing water, and the ABS construction is intended for indoor and outdoor use. Buyers often highlight the brightness, charging options, portability, and usefulness for both camping and home emergencies, feedback on durability is mixed.

Who it’s for

This set suits campers who want area lighting and a flashlight in the same compact unit, as well as households assembling emergency supplies for outages or storms. It can also serve for reading, fishing, repairs, or other tasks where portable light is useful. Compared with carrying a flashlight focused on a single beam, the collapsible lantern format gives you a choice between lighting a wider space and aiming light in one direction.

Getting the most from it

For campsite use, unfold a lantern on a table for broad illumination or hang it from its folding hook to light a shared area. Switch to flashlight mode when moving between spots or aiming at a specific task. At home, keeping lights in separate accessible locations can make it simpler to find one when the power goes out. Recharge by USB when a charging source is available, or place the lantern in direct sunlight for solar charging. Allow the stated charging time for the selected method, and use the IPX4 rating as practical splash resistance rather than submerging the light.

When it makes sense

Choose this four-piece set when versatility and distribution matter: each unit can work as a lantern or flashlight, and the solar and USB charging options support different preparedness routines. It brings useful flexibility to camping kits, emergency supplies, and everyday indoor or outdoor tasks where you want portable light without choosing between area illumination and a directed beam.
