DaVinci Jonah Swivel Glider Recliner, Frost Grey Polyester, Manual Recline
Product description
The Frost Grey upholstery is 100% polyester. The DaVinci Jonah combines a manual recline with a metal base that swivels and glides. Its high pillowback and padded arms add support for feeding or settling a baby. The design also includes a leg rest that opens and closes manually.
On-body feel
A high, cushioned back gives you a place to lean during longer feeding sessions, while the padded arms provide support as you hold or soothe a baby. When you recline, the plush leg rest lets you raise your legs. These comfort details make the chair more than a basic seat, though the recline is manual rather than powered.
The seat’s movement is another part of its intended use: the base allows a 360° swivel and forward-and-back gliding. That gives caregivers different ways to move while seated, whether feeding or rocking a baby to sleep. Compared with a stationary nursery chair, the Jonah offers motion as well as reclining, shoppers who want a fixed seat may not need those functions.
Strengths
The practical draw is the combination of several nursery-friendly features in one chair. You can glide gently while soothing, swivel to change direction, or recline and raise the leg rest when you want to sit back. The high pillowback is designed to support parents leaning back, and the leg rest is described as easy to open and close.
GREENGUARD Gold certification is also documented. The product description says it has been tested for more than 10,000 chemical emissions and VOCs and meets stringent chemical-emissions requirements. That gives buyers a specific certification detail to consider, without implying that it answers every question about materials or room conditions.
Worth considering if you want a nursery chair that combines gliding, swiveling, and manual reclining instead of a stationary seat. You may want to skip it if powered reclining is essential, the listed recline is manual.

Final verdict
The Jonah is a considered fit for a nursery or feeding area where a caregiver would use the chair’s glide, swivel, supportive back, and manual leg rest. Its clearest trade-off is also explicit: reclining is manual. If that suits your routine, the combination of motion and cushioned support is more relevant than features a stationary chair would not provide.
