Crayola 740001 Scribble Scrubbie Dino Glow Mountain Playset with Light-Up Mountain

At 12.88 x 9.5 x 5.25 inches, the Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Dino Glow Mountain Playset brings a dinosaur-themed coloring activity and play environment together in one set.

Kids can color four baby glow-in-the-dark dino pets, then use the brush and water to wash them and start a fresh design. The washable play pattern gives each coloring session a new beginning.

A battery-powered mountain lights up and includes a working catapult, adding a place for dinosaur stories to unfold. The set is recommended for ages 3 and up.

Who it’s for

This playset suits young dinosaur fans who enjoy making things their own as much as playing pretend. Coloring the pets encourages hands-on creativity, while washing and redesigning them lets children return to the activity with new ideas. The dinosaur theme gives kids an easy starting point for inventing characters and adventures, and the mountain helps bring those stories into the play space.

It makes sense if you’re choosing between a figure set focused mainly on pretend play and an activity that combines coloring with character play. Here, children can decorate the baby dinos first, then use their custom designs as part of a dinosaur scene. Its indoor-use design and age recommendation make it a fit for home play with children ages 3 and up.

What stands out

The four glow-in-the-dark baby dino pets are the center of the activity: kids add washable marker designs, place the pets under the mountain’s skull to charge their glow, and bring them into the next story. Since the designs can be washed away with the brush and water, the pets can be colored again rather than treated as finished once the first artwork is done.

The light-up mountain adds an interactive setting beyond a coloring surface. Its catapult gives children another feature to incorporate into their pretend-play scenes, while the dinosaur details help set the theme. For example, a child can color the pets, set up a mountain adventure, and use the catapult as part of a story before washing the designs off for another round.

Worth noting

The set includes four glow-in-the-dark baby Dino Scribble Scrubbies, a light-up mountain playset, markers, a scrub brush, and a slip sheet. The mountain is battery-powered and features lights and a working catapult. The pets are designed to be colored, washed with the brush and water, and colored again, so the coloring activity and imaginative play can be revisited together.

The playset measures 12.88 x 9.5 x 5.25 inches. Its dinosaur theme, washable pets, and interactive mountain give the activity a clear focus: children create their own dino designs and then use them in pretend-play adventures. It also works as a gift for a birthday or holiday for a child who enjoys dinosaurs and creative play.

Buying verdict

For families looking for a dinosaur playset that includes an activity as well as a play environment, the Scribble Scrubbie Dino Glow Mountain offers both. Kids can personalize the glow-in-the-dark pets, wash off their artwork, and return to the coloring, while the lit mountain and catapult help turn those characters into a setting for new stories. It’s especially suited to young dino fans who like to alternate between making and imaginative play.
