Coverado Front Seat Covers, Faux Leather

If you want to protect front seats without hiding the cabin under a loose throw, these covers take a more fitted, wraparound approach. If your priority is a precise, vehicle-specific fit, the universal design may call for more careful checking before you buy.

The set includes two front seat covers, each with a headrest cap. The black-and-orange finish also gives the interior a more noticeable change than a plain protective layer.

What matters most

The covers combine perforated Nappa leather with durable faux leather and foam padding. They’re described as breathable and waterproof, with protection intended to help against spills, dust, stains, pet hair, scratches, and everyday seat wear. That makes them relevant for a commute, family use, or a drive with a dog riding along—not just a cosmetic refresh.

Hooks and chucks are included to secure the covers, and the full-wrap design is meant to stay in place better than a loose seat cover. They’re also described as compatible with seat belts, airbag cutouts, and seats with molded or adjustable headrests. Keep in mind that “universal” means they’re designed for most vehicles, not that every seat shape is guaranteed to fit perfectly, check your seat layout against the product details before choosing.

Best use cases

These are specifically a pair of front-seat covers, so they make sense if the driver and passenger seats need protection or a coordinated update. Picture a dog climbing into the passenger seat after a muddy walk: a waterproof cover is intended to help shield the upholstery from mess, while the wraparound format covers more of the seat than a small cushion or simple drape.

The set is also a practical alternative to replacing worn-looking front upholstery when your goal is to cover it rather than restore it. It does not include rear-seat covers, so it won’t protect the whole cabin on its own.

Tips for day-to-day use

Installation uses the included hooks and chucks, with instructions and an installation video provided. The covers are described as removable and easy to clean and maintain, which is useful if you expect to take them off for cleaning or need to adjust them after fitting. Check that the cover sits correctly around the seat belt and airbag areas, and that seat controls remain accessible after installation.

A solid pick if you want front-seat coverage with a more finished look than a basic protective throw. It might not be a great match if you need an exact custom fit or want one purchase to cover both front and rear seating.

Practical doubts

How many seats does the set cover? It includes two front seat covers and headrest caps, rear-seat covers aren’t listed as part of this set.

Can it be used with a dog in the car? The product is described as suitable for use as a dog seat cover and intended to guard against pet hair, scratches, and spills.

Is it designed to work with seat belts and airbags? The description says it has compatibility for seat belts and airbag cutouts, but fit can still vary by seat design.

Should you buy it?

Choose these if your main goal is to protect two front seats from everyday mess while changing their appearance with a black-and-orange faux leather cover. The waterproof, breathable construction and included securing pieces address useful day-to-day concerns, though the universal fit is the key tradeoff. If your vehicle has an unusual seat shape or you need rear-seat coverage too, a more specifically matched or broader set would better suit that job.
