Colorxy 29.5 x 17-Inch Burgundy Doormat, Low-Profile Rubber Backing

A back porch entrance that collects damp shoes, grass, or grit is a practical place for the Colorxy doormat. Its woven polyester surface has grooves intended to catch debris, while the rubber backing helps keep the mat in place and protect the floor beneath it. The burgundy, leaf-pattern design works indoors or outdoors, and the low profile is made to slide under most doors without jamming or curling.

It is a single rectangular mat, not a wide covering for an entire entryway. The listed size is 29.5 x 17 inches, so placement and the amount of doorway coverage you want are worth considering.

Why it makes sense

This mat combines a debris-catching top with a rubber base, rather than relying on a plain, smooth surface alone. The listing describes the woven polyester as absorbent and the mat as waterproof, with the rubber edge intended to keep water from accumulating. That makes it suited to a front or back door where shoes may bring in dirt, sand, or moisture. Its burgundy color and leaf pattern also give it a more decorative look than a basic, unpatterned entry mat.

Customer feedback generally highlights its appearance, ease of cleaning, and ability to catch dirt and grass. Some also say it stays in place, while opinions on the size are mixed: some find it suitable for their doors, and others consider it smaller than expected. Those comments are useful context, but the stated dimensions are the clearest guide to whether it will cover your intended spot.

The essentials

• Size: 29.5 x 17 inches
• Thickness: 0.2 inches, low pile
• Surface: Woven polyester with a leaf pattern
• Backing: Rubber
• Color: Burgundy
• Use: Indoor or outdoor, one rectangular doormat

The thin profile is a practical detail for a doorway where a thicker mat could interfere with the door. It is designed for everyday entry points such as a patio or front entrance, rather than as a large area rug. It makes sense if you want a compact mat with a patterned top and a rubber backing for a frequently used threshold.

Maintenance

For routine upkeep, vacuum the surface or shake the mat out. For a deeper clean, the care instructions say to rinse it with a hose and let it air-dry or machine-dry. That straightforward care routine may suit an outdoor entrance where dirt builds up, customers also mention that rinsing is convenient when the mat gets dirty. No special cleaning product is specified.

When it makes sense

Choose it when the listed size fits your doorway and you want one mat for either indoor or outdoor use, with a low profile and a surface intended to catch everyday debris. It offers a different approach from choosing a larger mat for broad floor coverage: this one is focused on the immediate doorway. Not the best choice if you need a mat to cover a wide entrance, since its stated dimensions provide a relatively compact footprint. The burgundy leaf pattern is also a specific design choice, so it will suit spaces where that color and motif work with the surrounding decor.
