CJRB Folding Knife, AR-RPM9 Steel
Product description
Best use cases
The AR-RPM9 steel blade is 3.78 inches long, giving the Rodayo a full-size cutting profile for everyday utility and general outdoor tasks.
Its contoured red G10 handle and reversible deep-carry clip make the design practical for pocket carry, while the contrasting spacer adds a distinctive detail.
This is a manual folder, so you open and close the blade by hand. Picture using it to handle a routine cutting task at camp, then securing it in a pocket with the clip set for your preferred side.
You’ll appreciate it if you want one folding knife for ordinary utility and occasional outdoor use, rather than a smaller blade-first design. The listed size and 4.94 oz weight also make it worth comparing with what you normally carry. If pocket comfort depends on how an item sits in your specific pants, that’s difficult to judge without that measurement.

The measurements help set expectations: this is not a compact, ultralight pocket knife. Its reversible clip supports left- or right-side carry, and the liner lock is part of the listed design. The description does not give details such as a blade shape or handle dimensions, so buyers who rely on those specifics may want more information before choosing.
Where it shines
The main appeal is the combination of a substantial blade and a grippy-looking contoured G10 handle in a folding format. That puts it between a small everyday folder and a larger fixed-blade approach: it can be carried in a pocket, yet its 8.80-inch overall length gives it a fuller profile than a minimal carry knife. Ceramic bearings are also specified, though the available details do not quantify how the action feels.
The red-and-white character and western inspiration give the knife more personality than a plain utility design. Those details may matter if you want an EDC knife that feels distinctive, but they do not replace practical fit. Check whether the closed length and weight suit your pocket routine, a smaller, lighter folder may be easier to forget you’re carrying, while the Rodayo prioritizes a larger format.
It’s not for you if your first requirement is the lightest possible pocket carry or a knife that opens without manual handling. The product details identify it as a hand-operated folding knife, not an automatic model.
Buying verdict
The CJRB Rodayo makes sense if you want a full-size folding knife with AR-RPM9 steel, a G10 handle, and a reversible deep-carry clip for everyday tasks and outdoor use. Its measurements offer a clear picture of the footprint, but its 4.94 oz weight is a real consideration if you keep your pocket load minimal. Choose it for the larger, characterful folder format, look elsewhere if compactness or automatic opening is central to your decision.
