California Design Den 840307197542 King Pillowcases, 100% Cotton, 400 Thread Count

Refresh the pillows on a king bed with a set of four white cotton pillowcases. The long-staple cotton sateen has a smooth feel and subtle sheen for an inviting, pulled-together look. Want an easy-on style for everyday bedding? The classic side opening slips over pillows without zippers or flaps.

What matters most

Each pillowcase measures 21 inches wide by 40 inches long, and the 4-inch hem gives the open-end design a neat, finished edge. The fabric is 100% long-staple cotton with a 400 thread count and sateen weave, bringing together a breathable feel, a smooth surface, and a gentle luster. These details make the set a practical choice for refreshing king pillows while keeping a classic white bedding palette.

The set has earned the Good Housekeeping Seal, and the fabric has been independently tested for pilling, fading, and shrinkage. The cases are designed to soften over time, making them suited to regular use as well as a bedroom refresh. This is a focused way to replace or add pillowcases rather than shop for a full sheet set, the product is a four-case set, not a sheet set.

Care tips

Machine wash warm and tumble dry on low. Remove the pillowcases promptly after drying to help reduce wrinkles. These straightforward care instructions make it easy to work them into a regular laundry routine. The fabric’s tested performance for pilling, fading, and shrinkage also supports choosing them for bedding that sees repeated washing.

Getting the most from it

Use the four cases to dress the king pillows on one bed, or keep a clean set ready for a change of bedding. The white solid color pairs naturally with a range of sheet and duvet colors, while the subtle sateen sheen adds a little visual polish without a patterned print. Match the size to king pillows and slide each one through the open side, the simple design keeps changing pillowcases fuss-free.

Customers often praise the smooth feel, bright white appearance, and coverage on king-size pillows, and some describe the fabric as comfortable and silky. Feedback on wrinkles varies: some say the cases dry with few wrinkles, while others report that they wrinkle. Removing them promptly after tumble drying is the care step recommended for helping reduce wrinkles.

When it makes sense

Choose this set when you want four king-size pillowcases in a coordinated white finish, with cotton sateen that feels smooth and a classic open-end design. It suits you if you’re refreshing pillow covers separately from sheets or prefer a simple solid color that works with existing bedding. The 21-by-40-inch size, 4-inch hem, and machine-wash care make the set easy to identify and incorporate into an everyday bedroom routine.
