California Design Den 840307127242 California King Sheet Set, 600 Thread Count Cotton Sateen

Specifications

For a California King bed and a fitted sheet that accommodates a deeper mattress, this four-piece set combines long-staple cotton with a 600 thread count sateen weave. The warm ivory shade adds a soft, subtly beige tone, while the smooth surface and gentle sheen give the bed a polished look.

The sateen fabric feels soft and substantial, with a breathable construction designed for year-round use. If you’re choosing between buying individual bedding pieces and getting a coordinated set for one California King mattress, this set brings the core sheets and pillowcases together in a matching color.

Best use cases

This set is made for dressing one California King mattress, not a split king. The fitted sheet has all-around elastic to help hold it in place across mattresses within its stated depth range. Head-and-foot indicator tags make it easier to orient the fitted sheet when making the bed, a practical detail for routine changes.

Use it when you want cotton bedding with a smooth hand feel and a more lustrous finish than a plain-weave look. Its balanced, breathable feel suits everyday use across the seasons, while the warm ivory color works well when you want a soft neutral rather than a stark white or cool beige. The two king pillowcases have an open-end design, giving the set a classic, straightforward finish.

Included in the package

The set contains one flat sheet measuring 108 inches wide by 106 inches long, one fitted sheet measuring 72 inches wide by 84 inches long, and two king pillowcases measuring 21 inches wide by 40 inches long. Together, these pieces cover a single California King bed in a coordinated shade. The pillowcases use an open end rather than an envelope closure.

What to clarify

What mattress depth does the fitted sheet accommodate? The pocket is 16 inches deep, and the fitted sheet is specified for mattresses from 8 to 16 inches deep. Its all-around elastic helps create a secure fit within that range.

Is this set suitable for a split king? No. It is designed for one California King mattress, so it is not the matching format for a split king setup.

How should the sheets be washed? Machine wash warm and tumble dry on low. Removing them promptly from the dryer can help reduce wrinkles.

Buying verdict

Choose this California King set if you want a coordinated cotton sateen bed setup with a smooth feel, a softly lustrous finish, and a fitted sheet designed for mattresses up to 16 inches deep. The long-staple cotton, all-around elastic, and warm ivory color make it a practical fit for everyday bedding with a refined, classic look.
