Cafonil 40-Pack Disposable Power Mop Pads for Swiffer Power Mop

For a quick cleanup after tracked-in dust or a wet kitchen spill, these Cafonil disposable pads are designed for use with a compatible Swiffer Power Mop. The 40-pack gives you replacement pads for both dry and wet mopping, without the step of washing and reusing a pad.

They’re intended for finished floors and can also be used on walls, cars, or windows, according to the product details. Compatibility is specific: they fit the Swiffer Power Mop Multi-Surface Mop and Swiffer Mop Wood Mop, but not the Swiffer WetJet or Sweeper Mop.

Getting the most from it

Use a pad dry to pick up dust, dirt, and pet hair, or use it wet for messes such as water and oil. Scrubbing strips are designed to help reach into dirt and debris, while the larger pad format is intended to cover more floor area with each pass. Once finished, the pad can be removed and discarded rather than laundered.

The listed floor guidance matters: these are described for finished floors, not unfinished, oiled, or waxed wood, non-sealed tile, or carpeted floors that may be water-sensitive. It’s a great fit if you want disposable refills for routine floor cleanup and your mop is one of the compatible models. Better avoided if your mop is a WetJet or Sweeper, or if you need a reusable pad.

What you’ll notice day to day

For everyday dust and hair, dry use gives you a way to collect loose debris without bringing out a bucket. Wet use is intended for more settled grime and small spills. The disposable format may suit households that prefer to switch to a fresh pad between rooms or tasks, while washable alternatives make more sense for shoppers who want to reuse cleaning pads.

Buyer feedback is generally positive about picking up dirt and grime, and some customers say the pads work similarly to name-brand alternatives or leave floors without streaks. There are also mixed reports about how securely they attach, how long they hold together during use, and whether their thickness matches expectations. Those experiences vary, so the pack size alone does not guarantee every pad will feel the same in use.

Quick overview

This is a 40-pack of disposable replacement mop pads, not a mop. The product description lists wet and dry use, scrubbing strips, and compatibility with the Swiffer Power Mop Multi-Surface Mop and Swiffer Mop Wood Mop. It excludes the Swiffer WetJet and Sweeper Mop. Its stated surface guidance is finished floors, with the exclusions noted above, other suggested uses include walls, cars, and windows.

Before choosing it, match the refill to your mop and the surface you plan to clean. If you usually clean a large area, the pack format offers multiple replacements, while someone who only wants a washable option may prefer a reusable system. Depending on how you use it, pad attachment and durability may also affect whether disposable refills suit your routine.

Final verdict

Cafonil’s pads are a practical option to consider when you need a supply of disposable refills for a compatible Swiffer Power Mop and want the choice of wet or dry cleaning. The main decision points are fit and floor type: they are not listed for WetJet or Sweeper mops, and the stated exclusions rule out several water-sensitive surfaces. Buyer comments point to useful dirt pickup for many, but also mixed experiences with adhesion, durability, and thickness. Choose them for convenience on compatible, finished surfaces, look elsewhere if you need reusable pads or a refill specifically for an excluded mop.
