BOILEAU Extra-Large Electric Heating Pad, 17" x 33", 3 Heat Settings
Product description
For focused warmth on a smaller area, coverage needs can be different from those of a pad meant to span the back. This BOILEAU heating pad measures 17" x 33" for broader contact across the back and other body areas.
Three heat settings and a one-button controller make it straightforward to choose a preferred level. The soft fleece surface adds a comfortable feel for relaxing at home.
Need warmth across more than one area at a time? Its extra-large shape can be positioned over the back, shoulders, abdomen, knees, or legs.

The large format is the main distinction here: rather than concentrating warmth on one small spot, the pad is sized to cover a broad section of the back or be repositioned for other areas. Its long controller cord gives you room to settle on a bed or couch while using it. The fleece surface and simple heat selection suit everyday relaxation without a complicated setup.
Requirements
Connect the controller cord to the pad before plugging it into an electrical outlet. Do not use the pad directly on bare skin, and do not fold it while it is heating. For cleaning, detach the controller cord first, wash gently by hand or machine, then let the pad dry completely before using it again. It may be air-dried or tumble-dried on low. Reconnect the controller to the pad before plugging it in for use.
Best use cases
Use the 17" x 33" surface when you want warmth over the back, shoulders, abdomen, knees, or legs while resting at home or in an office. The size also makes it useful after activities such as yoga, running, or swimming, when you want a broad heating surface for relaxation. Choose a smaller heating pad if your priority is a more compact format for one localized area, this XXXL size is intended for wider coverage.
Customers often praise the broad coverage, soft feel, and quick heating. Feedback on reliability and value is mixed, so those opinions are best treated as individual experiences rather than a promise of performance. The heating function starts at a high temperature before settling to the selected setting, which is normal for this fast-heating design.
Practical questions
Can it cover the full back? The 17" x 33" size is described for full-back coverage and can also be positioned over areas such as the neck, shoulders, abdomen, knees, or legs.
How do the heat settings work? Use the one-button controller to select from three settings within the stated 104°F–150°F range. The pad initially heats to a high temperature, then drops to the level selected.
How should I wash it? Disconnect the controller cord before washing. Hand-wash or machine-wash the pad gently, then dry it completely before reconnecting the controller and plugging it in.
Buying verdict
For someone who wants one heating pad with room to cover a substantial part of the back or shift between several body areas, the 17" x 33" BOILEAU combines an extra-large surface with three heat settings, soft fleece, and a 10 ft controller cord. Its broad coverage and simple controls make it a practical fit for at-home relaxation.
