BATFOX 303 Mountain Bike Helmet, L (58–61 cm), 18 Vents and Visor

For trail rides, road cycling, or a daily commute, the BATFOX 303 pairs a full-coverage design with a large visor and an adjustable fit system. Its polycarbonate outer shell and EPS foam liner are designed to provide impact protection, while the visor helps shield your face from sun, rain, and trail debris.

This adult helmet comes in size L for a 58–61 cm head circumference. Eighteen vents with internal channels support airflow, and removable, washable padding makes it easier to freshen up the interior after regular rides.

Highlights

The helmet combines a tough polycarbonate shell with an impact-absorbing expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner. Its full-coverage shape extends protection around the head, and the listed safety standards are CPSC, ASTM F1447, and CE for bicycle helmets. These features make it a practical choice for riders who want a trail-ready helmet that can also serve for road or commuter cycling.

The large visor helps block sun and offers a barrier against rain and debris. Eighteen vents and internal channeling are built into the design to support airflow on rides. A rear adjustment dial and adjustable straps let you fine-tune the fit, while the removable, washable padding and chin pad make routine care straightforward. The black color and classic styling suit a range of cycling setups without adding visual fuss.

On-body feel

The adjustable dial gives you a simple way to refine the fit, and the straps provide another point of adjustment. For a comfortable starting fit, measure head circumference and compare it with the size range: M fits 54–58 cm, L fits 58–61 cm, and XL fits 61–63 cm. This listing is size L. The ventilation openings and internal channels are useful details for rides where airflow matters, while removable padding can be washed between outings.

Buyers commonly describe the helmet as comfortable and lightweight, and some appreciate how easy the rear adjustment dial is to use. Feedback on sizing is mixed, so matching your measurement to the stated range is a practical step before choosing a size. These impressions can help inform your choice, while the stated fit ranges remain the clearest guide.

Best use cases

The BATFOX 303 is suited to mountain biking on trails as well as road rides and commuting. On a sunny or changeable-weather ride, the visor offers coverage from sun, rain, and debris, on a longer outing, the vented design supports airflow. Its adjustable fit system also makes it useful for riders who want to dial in the helmet rather than rely on a fixed-fit design. Choose the size that matches your head measurement, then adjust the straps and dial for a secure fit before riding.

Buying verdict

Choose the BATFOX 303 if you want one adult cycling helmet for trail, road, and commute use, with a visor, adjustable fit, and washable removable padding. The size L variant fits a 58–61 cm head circumference, and its full-coverage shell-and-liner construction and listed bicycle-helmet standards make it a clearly specified option for everyday cycling and off-road routes.
