AvantInk 67XL Ink Cartridge Combo Pack, Black and Tri-Color, 2-Pack

For everyday home printing—such as a school assignment, an envelope, or a color page—the AvantInk 67XL combo pack provides one black cartridge and one tri-color cartridge for compatible HP printers. Its updated chips are designed to support printer recognition and ink-level monitoring, helping you keep track of cartridge status as you print.

The pack is compatible with select HP DeskJet and ENVY models that use HP 67 or 67XL cartridges. Check your printer model and its cartridge requirements before installing, these cartridges are not compatible with HP+ enrolled printers.

How it fits

This is a compatible replacement cartridge set for select HP inkjet printers, rather than a printer or a universal ink supply. Supported families include HP DeskJet 2700, 2800, 4100, and 4200 series models, along with HP ENVY 6000 and 6400 series models. The listed compatibility includes models such as the DeskJet 2700e, 2755e, 2827e, 2855e, 4155e, 4227e, and 4255e, as well as the ENVY 6055e and 6455e. Because model suffixes matter, match the full printer model to the compatibility list and confirm that it uses HP 67 or 67XL cartridges. The HP+ enrollment restriction also applies.

For a home setup that uses one printer for documents and occasional color pages, having black and tri-color cartridges together makes it practical to replace either ink type as needed. If you are comparing original-brand supplies with compatible cartridges, this set offers the compatible-cartridge route while keeping the HP 67/67XL format central to the choice.

Where it shines

The black cartridge is suited to text-heavy printing, while the tri-color cartridge supports pages that need color. The cartridges are listed for plain paper, envelopes, card stock, and glossy photo paper, so the set can serve a mix of routine documents and varied print projects. For example, a household can use black ink for a form or class handout and switch to color for a presentation page, using the same compatible printer setup.

The supplied chips are described as upgraded, with quick printer recognition and ink-level monitoring as their intended benefits. Buyers have praised ease of installation and ink performance, while experiences with compatibility, fit, and color quality vary. Some also report that the ink does not last as long as they expected. These are useful considerations when choosing a compatible cartridge set for your own printer and printing habits.
