ANDOLL HOME FT-3S Automatic Cat Feeder, 4L, Wi-Fi App Control

Worth noting

With a 4L capacity, the ANDOLL HOME FT-3S holds dry food for scheduled feeding at home. Set up feeding through the app over 2.4G Wi-Fi, with programming for up to 10 meals daily. A sealed lid, sealing ring, and desiccant box are designed to help keep food fresh between meals. The stainless steel feeding tray gives pets a dedicated surface for eating.

The dispenser is designed to release food smoothly into the bowl, and the bowl tilts 8 degrees to support a comfortable eating position. A 10-second voice recording can play three times at a scheduled feeding, giving your cat a familiar call to come eat. Compared with a gravity feeder that releases food freely, this model is designed for households that want meals set to a schedule and controlled through an app.

Buyers often describe setup and programming as straightforward, and some value the battery backup for power outages. Feedback on portion size is mixed, and some buyers report reliability concerns, including units that stopped working within six months. Those experiences are useful context when choosing an automatic feeder for a regular feeding routine.

Cleaning & care

The listed care instructions are hand wash only and wipe clean. Keeping the feeding area clean is a practical part of a routine, especially when the tray is used every day. The stainless steel tray is a distinct feature for shoppers who prefer that material at the food-contact surface, while the feeder body is plastic.

Practical tips

Use the app to plan scheduled meals around your household’s routine, whether you are managing feeding times during a workday or setting meals while away from home. The feeder is intended for indoor use and dry food, with a single pet listed as a recommended use. Its programmable setup makes it a different fit from simply topping up a bowl whenever it looks low.

For power, connect the included power adapter and install three AA alkaline batteries as backup for outages, the batteries are not included. The feeder also has a desiccant compartment to help protect stored food from moisture. Before setting a schedule, load the dry food and use the app to arrange meal times that suit your pet’s routine.

Before you decide

Does the feeder support app control? Yes. It connects through 2.4G Wi-Fi for app-based control and feeding schedules.

Can it keep operating during a power outage? It supports a backup power setup using three AA alkaline batteries alongside the power adapter. Install the batteries in the feeder to provide backup during an outage.

Can it call a pet to the bowl? Yes. Record a voice message of up to 10 seconds, and the feeder plays it three times at the scheduled feeding.

When it makes sense

The FT-3S suits cat owners looking to move from manually timed meals to app-programmed dry-food feeding, with a 4L food container, a stainless steel tray, and battery backup as practical parts of the setup. It is also listed for small and medium dog breeds. For indoor routines where meal timing, a recorded voice call, and app control matter, these features bring feeding into one scheduled system.
