AMVR Q3HS1 Extended Controller Grips for Quest 3S/Quest 3, Adjustable Straps
Product description
Key points
The extended grip adds 1.18 inches of length to each compatible Quest 3S or Quest 3 controller cover, giving larger hands more room to hold the controllers during VR play. The longer profile is designed to support a more comfortable grip and smoother hand movements.
Adjustable knuckle straps help keep the controllers secure while you play. A pull-string and button let you set the strap length to suit your hands, while the thickened silicone cover helps protect controllers from scratches and bumps.
The two-piece set also has a battery-opening cover, so you can access the battery without removing the entire grip. The plastic battery pull tab should sit below the battery for the opening to work as intended.
On-body feel
The design focuses on a roomier hold and softer contact around the hand. The knuckle straps combine skin-friendly silicone with soft foam to reduce pressure and friction, while the adjustment system lets you set a comfortable fit. That can be useful during active games where a secure hold helps you keep your hands free to move naturally.
Compared with a basic controller cover that only adds a protective layer, these grips add length and an adjustable hand strap. If standard controller grips feel short in your hands, would a longer hold and a strap you can adjust make play feel more natural? The extended shape is specifically intended for people with larger hands, customers also report positive experiences with comfort and fit, though feedback on grip security and strap durability is mixed.
Tips for day-to-day use
Fit the covers to Quest 3S or Quest 3 controllers, then adjust each strap with its pull-string and button so it sits securely without excessive pressure. Before playing, check that the plastic battery pull tab is positioned below the battery. When a battery needs replacing, use the opening cover rather than removing the entire grip.
These covers are not compatible with the official charging dock, so remove them when using that dock. Batteries are not included. For everyday sessions, the covers provide a protective layer against scratches and bumps, while the knuckle straps help keep the controllers attached to your hands during movement.
Customer feedback highlights comfort, fit, and convenient battery access. Some buyers, however, report slipping or straps breaking after use, so experiences with grip security and durability vary. The adjustable strap makes it possible to set the fit to your hands, and checking that adjustment before play is a practical part of using the covers.
Is it worth it?
This set is a focused choice for Quest 3S and Quest 3 players who want longer controller grips, adjustable knuckle straps, and battery access without taking off the entire cover. It suits you if a roomier grip is a priority, especially for larger hands, and you want added protection from everyday scratches and bumps. Choose it for those specific fit and access benefits rather than as a charging-dock accessory.
