adidas Stadium 4 Soccer Backpack, 36L, Padded Laptop Sleeve and Ball Pocket
Product description
The zippered bottom compartment holds a size 5 soccer ball, keeping it separate from your kit and leaving the main compartment free for other gear. It’s a practical layout for carrying everything to practice in one backpack.
A padded laptop sleeve adds a place for your computer, while a separate vented pocket gives cleats and sweaty gear room to air out on the way home. Clean clothes and training essentials can stay apart from used equipment.
With 36L of space, two mesh bottle pockets and a water-resistant base, the adidas Stadium 4 is built for training days, gym visits and team travel. Its organized compartments also suit athletes who carry a ball and gear for other sports.

Practical tips
Pack the ball in the bottom compartment and use the vented pocket for cleats, shin guards or a practice jersey after a session. This separation helps keep used gear apart from clean kit and the items in the main compartment. The two side pockets keep water bottles within reach without taking up space inside, and the padded laptop sleeve provides a dedicated spot for a computer when the day includes school or travel.
Compared with a basic single-compartment sports bag, this backpack gives ball, used gear, hydration and laptop storage their own places. That organization is useful when moving between school, practice and the ride home with several kinds of equipment to carry. Buyers also highlight the roomy layout, functionality and dedicated soccer-ball compartment, making those features central to its appeal as a soccer bag.
Tips for day-to-day use
For a training session, keep the ball in the zippered bottom compartment, carry clean clothes and essentials in the main space, and place damp or dirty gear in the vented pocket afterward. The water-resistant base helps protect the contents when the bag rests on damp turf or a wet locker-room floor. After use, wipe the polyester exterior with a damp cloth as needed.
The same compartment setup works for a gym routine or for carrying gear for sports such as volleyball, basketball, tennis or recreational pickleball. When using the laptop sleeve, keep the computer in its dedicated compartment and use the remaining storage for the equipment needed that day.
Before you decide
Can the backpack hold a regulation size 5 soccer ball? Yes. The zippered bottom compartment is sized for a size 5 ball and separates it from the main storage area.
How much can the side pockets hold? Each of the two stretch mesh side pockets is sized for a water bottle up to 32 oz, keeping hydration accessible during practice or travel.
How should the bag be cleaned? The polyester bag can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, a straightforward care option after regular use at the field or gym.
When it makes sense
Choose the adidas Stadium 4 when a soccer backpack needs to carry a ball, training kit and everyday essentials in separate compartments. Its 36L capacity, padded laptop sleeve, vented gear pocket and dual bottle pockets make it particularly useful for players, coaches or parents heading between school, practice, gym sessions and team travel.
