addlon KDM42PLY5B03R1 42-Inch White Ceiling Fan with LED Light and Remote

Six fan speeds and a reversible DC motor let you adjust airflow to suit the room and season, while the integrated LED light handles everyday illumination. The addlon 42-inch ceiling fan puts both functions within reach of its remote.

Set the light to a preferred brightness from 10% to 100% and choose among three color temperatures: 3000K, 4000K, or 6000K. A memory function retains the selected light settings and the fan’s previous speed when switched off as described.

For a room that needs both lighting and air circulation, this combines the two in one ceiling-mounted fixture. Its white finish and reversible blades—with a white side and a yellow wood-grain side—offer a choice of look for bedrooms, living rooms, and other small spaces.

How to use it

Use the remote to turn the fan and light on or off, select one of six speeds, adjust the light, and set a 1-, 2-, or 4-hour shutoff timer. The remote also controls the fan’s forward and reverse rotation. That makes it practical to change settings from across a bedroom or living area instead of reaching for controls on the fixture.

Choose a light level for the task: a softer setting for a relaxed evening, or more illumination for activities such as homework or a family game night. The three color temperatures let you tailor the light’s appearance to the space. For outdoor use, the fan is suitable for covered areas such as patios, breezeways, gazebos, and pergolas, it should not be exposed directly to rain.

Where it shines

In a bedroom, the six speeds and stated 35 dB noise level support a more considered approach to nighttime airflow, while the timer offers a set shutoff interval. In a living room or study, adjustable light and remote operation make it easy to adapt the fixture to different routines. The reversible motor provides forward and reverse airflow, so the fan can serve seasonal air-circulation needs as well as cooling.

Compared with choosing a separate light fixture and fan, this model brings both functions together. That can suit a room where coordinated lighting and air movement matter, for a space where lighting is already handled and only circulation is needed, a fan without an integrated light may be the more direct choice. Buyers also highlight quiet operation, airflow, and ease of installation in their feedback, useful points to consider alongside the product’s listed features.
