It is a hands-on tool that keeps pasta-making tactile and controllable, with settings according to the manufacturer for different dough thicknesses.
Technical Specifications
- Name: YASHE 3-in-1 Pasta Maker

- Cutter widths: 6.5 mm and 1.5 mm

Benefits
The seven-position thickness dial lets you move from very fine sheets to thicker cuts for filled pasta. The presence of two cutter widths allows a quick change between classic spaghetti and wider fettuccine strands, giving more variety with a single appliance. Because the body is stainless steel, routine cleaning is simpler and the unit resists staining and wear from flour and dough. 🛠️
Usage Recommendations
Start with a small test sheet to set the thickness before processing larger batches, and dust with flour to avoid sticking when feeding dough. Feed dough gradually into the roller while turning the crank evenly to achieve consistent thickness across the sheet. When switching to cutters, ensure the cutting attachment is firmly in place to prevent uneven strips. Consider that the machine is manual according to the manufacturer, so it may require more physical effort than motorised alternatives and it is best suited to kitchens with enough counter edge to secure the clamp.
