Finish Ultimate Plus Infinity Shine Dishwasher Tablets – Fresh, 2x73 (146)

What it is and what it aims to solve

Finish Ultimate Plus Infinity Shine is a dishwasher tablet designed to deliver a deep clean with advanced chemistry that tackles stains and grease. It promises up to 5x cleaning power versus basic Finish formulations and is marketed as capable of cleaning dishes without pre-rinsing, even in short eco-friendly cycles. This makes it a practical option for households looking to streamline the wash while maintaining results.

How it performs on paper

The product’s core claim is superior stain removal and grease tackling, including burnt-on residue, with a focus on convenience and efficiency. The short eco-cycle angle suggests it’s designed to dissolve quickly and work in 1-hour65 Bosch cycles or similar quick programmes, which may save time and energy for busy kitchens.

What stands out

• Deep clean performance: targeted at tough stains and grease, aiming to lift residues in a single wash.
• No pre-rinse required: designed to handle dirty dishes directly from the sink to the dishwasher.
• Quick-dissolving formula: supports faster cycles without compromising cleaning power.
• Brand reliability: Finish is a familiar option that’s used across multiple dishwasher brands.

What could be a limiter

The claims revolve around lab-tested power and compatibility with certain cycles, but individual results can vary by water hardness, dishwasher model, and load type. If you regularly deal with heavy burnt-on messes or very hard water, you might want to test a few cycles to confirm consistency.

Who this is for

• Households that want a two-pack of tablets (146 total) for ongoing, no-pre-rinse cleaning.
• Users who run shorter or eco-friendly wash cycles and still expect a thorough clean.
• Those looking for a dependable, widely available brand that’s compatible with popular dishwashers.

Who it may not suit

• If you have extremely hard water and frequently see staining that requires extra conditioning, you might want to assess whether this formula consistently meets your expectations.
• If you prefer fragrance-free products or have sensitive skin and require gentler formulations, note the Fresh scent is part of the offering.

When it makes sense to buy

• You want a straightforward, single-product solution for everyday dishwashing without pre-rinsing.
• You value a quick-dissolving tablet that works in standard eco or short cycles while still delivering a clean result.
• You already useFinish branded rinse aid and dishwasher cleaner as part of a routine, seeking cohesive performance.

When to reconsider

• If you’re unsure whether your dishwasher’s cycles align with the manufacturer’s recommendations for this product, check compatibility and cycle specifics.
• If your kitchen typically loads dishes mid-cycle with heavy burnt-on messes, you may want to compare results with products designed for intense cleaning.

What to review before purchasing

• Load and cycle compatibility with your dishwasher model and water hardness.
• Whether you prefer a two-part assortment (two packs of 73 tablets) and if that fits your usage pattern.
• Your preference for scents and potential sensitivities to fragrance in the formulation.

Practical use scenario

Imagine a weekday dinner with baked-on cheese and sauce pans. You load the dishwasher, drop in a tablet, and select a normal or eco cycle. The tablet is designed to dissolve quickly, so the wash begins without pre-rinsing. At the end, you inspect glasses and plates—no extra scrubbing required—and you’ve saved a step in the evening routine.

What you get in practice (hidden comparison)

Compared to a more basic tablet, Finish Ultimate Plus Infinity Shine aims to offer stronger stain removal and faster cycle compatibility without the need for pre-rinse. If you prioritise simplicity and a strong everyday clean, it stands as a sensible middle-ground choice between budget options and higher-end cleaners that promise more intense stain removal or additional boosters.

Final decision

Final verdict

Mere use of Finish Ultimate Plus Infinity Shine is sensible if you want a dependable, mid-range option that cleans without pre-rinsing and performs reasonably well in eco or short cycles.
