Ultenic T20 Pro robot vacuum 8000Pa LiDAR

A robot vacuum cleaner that can handle real household mess is easier to live with, especially when pets shed and floors need frequent attention. The Ultenic T20 Pro Self Emptying Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop uses powerful 8000Pa suction alongside LiDAR navigation to clean carpets, hard floors and tiles with less guesswork. With self emptying built in, you spend less time on bins and more time getting on with your day. 🐾

If you want a hands free clean that also mops, this model combines vacuum, sweep and mop options with a docking station that auto empties dust into its station. You can tailor cleaning to your home layout using saved maps, no go zones and room based scheduling, so it can work around tricky areas rather than just driving around them. 🧼

What to know

The key idea behind the Ultenic T20 Pro is that it supports a full floor routine in one setup, vacuuming and mopping according to your selected mode. Strong 8000Pa suction is designed to lift embedded dust, pet hair and debris, whether you are cleaning carpets or moving across tiles and other hard surfaces. On top of that, it includes a mop function, so you can keep daily dirt and grime under control without switching between separate devices.

Navigation also plays a big role in how well a robot performs day to day. Using 360 degree AI powered LiDAR, it scans rooms in real time, maps your home in minutes and plans an efficient cleaning path. That matters because it helps reduce random back and forth cleaning and supports more consistent coverage across multi room spaces.

You also get a self emptying docking station, which is meant to reduce the frequency of emptying a robot bin. The station auto empties the dust into its base in a sealed, touch free way, helping to avoid dust clouds and mess. If you prefer bagless operation, the system is described as bagless, so you can manage without ongoing bag costs.

Key features

A major advantage here is the combination of powerful suction and smart navigation, which is intended to tackle both everyday debris and pet hair without relying on manual spot cleaning. The 3 in 1 approach covers vacuum plus mop, suction only and mop only, with adjustable suction and water flow for different floor types like wood, tile and carpet. 🏠

The docking station supports self emptying so the robot can keep working while it offloads the dust when it returns. This creates a more hands free routine, especially if your home needs frequent cleaning. Since the docking station is described as sealed and touch free, it aims to make bin emptying less of a chore.

Runtime and coverage are also covered in the product details. The robot vacuum is listed with up to 180 minutes of battery life and up to 200 m2 coverage, which suits larger homes when you want it to clean a full area in one go. When the battery drops below 15 percent, it automatically returns to its charging dock and resumes cleaning afterwards, so you do not need to step in.

The Ultenic T20 Pro also supports map management for multiple rooms. It can save and manage up to 5 different maps, which helps when you have more than one floor plan or want separate routines for different layouts. You can set up to 15 no go zones to protect delicate areas, then personalise further by naming rooms, setting a cleaning order and scheduling cleans by room.

Control is handled in several convenient ways. You can use the Smart Life app to set schedules, no go zones and spot cleaning, and you can also use voice commands via Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant where supported. There is also an included remote, which is useful if you want to run a clean without relying on the app. 📱

A further practical benefit is the noise level. It is described as cleaning at around 60 dB, which is intended to be quieter than most vacuums, helping it fit around work, sleep and TV time.

Who it’s for

It’s a good fit if you have pets, multiple floor types, or a multi room home where you want dependable cleaning without constant supervision. You’ll like it if you want LiDAR based navigation that maps your rooms and supports efficient cleaning paths, alongside no go zones and room scheduling so it can avoid delicate areas. It also suits households that want mopping included, with selectable vacuum plus mop, suction only or mop only modes.

It might not be a great match if you are only looking for a simple basic vacuum and do not need mopping, since the feature set is built around a combined floor routine. You may want to skip it if you prefer a very quiet setup above all else, because the stated 60 dB level still puts it in active cleaning territory rather than silent operation. The 2 year warranty and lifetime technical support are included as described, with UK based support that typically responds within 24 hours.
