SHEEFLY 195 x 120 cm windscreen cover for snow

This padded windscreen cover from SHEEFLY uses heavy 600D oxford cloth to protect vehicle glass from ice, snow and frost while also reducing sun exposure in summer. It is aimed at drivers who want a quick, no-scrape morning routine and a durable protector that stays in place through windy conditions.

Key Points

The cover features thick, waterproof fabric that, according to the manufacturer, resists soaking and freezing on the surface of the windscreen. Reflective stripes on the side mirror covers increase visibility at night, and three strong magnets plus elastic mirror straps and wheel hooks help secure the protector in blustery weather. Installation is straightforward and can be completed in a few moments from outside the vehicle.

Usage Recommendations

Fit the long side panels inside the driver and passenger doors and attach the elastic straps to the wheel hubcaps to keep the cover snug. Use the mirror covers to protect rear view mirrors from icing and to add a visible reflective cue for other road users at night. The cover folds compactly for storage in the glove compartment or rear seat when not in use.

Positive Aspects

The material is heavy duty and designed not to soak through or freeze to the glass, which simplifies winter mornings by removing the need for scraping. The combination of magnets and multiple straps gives a more secure fit than a single-attachment design. One nuance to consider is that the 195 x 120 cm size is described as suitable for most cars, vans and SUVs, but very large vehicles or vehicles with unusual mirror positions may need to check fit before relying on it fully. 😊

The Best of This Model

The reflective mirror covers and the padded 600D fabric stand out for safety and durability. The compact storage pouch keeps the accessory tidy when folded and easy to carry with the vehicle. Additionally, the installation method reduces direct contact with icy surfaces, which can be useful on very cold mornings. 🚗❄️
