RAPESCO 1601 Business Pack A4 clipboards 12-pack

These RAPESCO A4 hardboard clipboards come as a practical business pack of 12, designed for everyday use in offices, classrooms and on the move. They combine a smooth writing surface with a low profile metal clip that holds documents securely, making them useful for surveys, hospital rounds, menus and site visits.

Key features

The pack provides a consistent, reliable set of A4 boards suitable for teams or projects. Each clipboard has a high density hardboard face with an enamel finish that gives a comfortable writing surface, and rounded corners for a more pleasant hand feel. The metal clip has plastic-coated edges to improve grip without creasing paper, and the manufacturer states it will hold up to 100 sheets of 80 g/m² paper. Lightweight and easy to hang by the clip, these boards are simple to store and carry.

Why it makes sense

If you need uniform clipboards for events, classes or multiple staff members these offer straightforward, durable performance at a modest cost. The hardboard surface stays smooth under frequent use, and the low profile clip reduces bulk in a bag. Do note that hardboard is less shock resistant than plastic, so it may show edge wear if dropped regularly.

Usage tips

You’ll like it if you want a no-nonsense set for repeated note taking or forms handling. For longer outdoor use consider pairing the boards with a waterproof document wallet when weather is a concern. Keep the clip free of debris to maintain the best grip on thin sheets.
