PlayVital Thumb Grips for Switch 2
Product description
Key features
These thumb grips are made for Nintendo Switch 2 Joy‑Cons and aim to add comfort and protection without changing stick movement. The soft silicone tops improve grip during longer sessions while shielding the original joystick from dirt and wear. They suit players who like a touch of personality on their kit and want a straightforward way to protect controllers.
Specifications

Why it’s worth it
The textured surface helps reduce slipping in tense moments and keeps thumbs comfortable during play. Installation is tool free, you flip the edge over the joystick and rotate it into place, and the caps stay put through normal use. Bear in mind these are exclusive to Switch 2 according to the maker, so they will not fit older Joy‑Con models.
How to use it
Fit each cap by stretching the edge over the joystick until it sits flush, then test full joystick movement before play. If you prefer a firmer feel, press gently to seat the cover fully. It’s a small addition that keeps the original controls intact and makes everyday gaming a bit neater.
Care & maintenance
Clean the silicone with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap when needed, then air dry. Avoid sharp objects and prolonged exposure to heat to preserve shape and texture. Replacement is inexpensive if a cap wears out.
