Lily’s Kitchen Adult Small Breed Dry Dog Food, Chicken & Duck, Grain-Free, 2.5kg

Smaller kibble makes this dry food easier to serve to small-breed dogs, while complete nutrition makes it suitable for everyday feeding. Lily’s Kitchen combines chicken and duck with vegetables, fruit and a botanical blend. The grain-free recipe also includes prebiotics, glucosamine and chondroitin.

What matters most

This 2.5kg bag contains a complete dry food recipe made with natural ingredients. Freshly prepared meat and offal provide the main animal ingredients: 31% chicken, 8% duck and 3% chicken liver. The recipe contains no meat meal, and vegetables, fruit and a botanical blend round out the ingredients.

For small dogs, kibble size is a practical consideration at mealtimes. These smaller pieces are designed for small breeds, giving the food a format suited to their everyday feeding routine. Prebiotics are included to help support digestion, while glucosamine and chondroitin help support joints. These ingredients add useful nutritional detail to a complete food, rather than making it simply a chicken-and-duck flavoured kibble.

Everyday use

As a complete food, the recipe is intended to provide everyday nutrition for adult dogs. Serve it as part of your dog’s regular feeding routine, using the feeding guidance on the packaging to choose an appropriate portion. The 2.5kg bag is a handy format for keeping dry food ready to serve, and the smaller kibble makes it a considered choice for households with small-breed dogs.

The recipe is grain-free, but it is made in a factory that handles grains, so traces may be present. This is useful to bear in mind when choosing food for a dog whose diet requires particular ingredient controls. It distinguishes a grain-free recipe from a guarantee that the food has had no contact with grains during production.

Best use cases

This food suits owners looking for complete dry nutrition for an adult small-breed dog, with chicken and duck as the named meat ingredients. Its smaller kibble is designed for small breeds, while the prebiotics, glucosamine and chondroitin provide additional digestive and joint-support features in the recipe.

For a practical routine, keep the dry food available for measured meals and follow the pack’s feeding guidance. Compared with choosing a food primarily for a larger kibble format, this recipe puts small-breed kibble size and complete nutrition at the centre. It also offers a grain-free recipe for shoppers seeking that formulation, with the production detail about possible traces in mind.
