Govee RGBIC Net Lights 480 LEDs for bushes 🌳

This outdoor mesh of colour-changing lights turns shrubs and hedges into dynamic displays for parties, seasonal décor and ambient garden lighting. Designed as smart outdoor bush mesh lights, the set combines pixel-level RGBIC control with multiple scenes and a DIY function to help you create animated effects that react to music or uploaded images.

Key Points

The net layout with closely spaced LEDs makes for smooth gradients and detailed patterns across bushes and small trees. Expect lively motion effects and multi-colour scenes that can change in sync with music, according to the manufacturer. The wiring is stretch-resistant and the mesh itself is intended for outdoor use, although the power supply is not waterproof so placement must account for that.

Control is available via app and voice, allowing hands-free changes with Alexa or Google Assistant. The app also supports image and GIF uploads to generate custom animations and has preset modes to get started quickly. Consider that high-pixel designs work best on denser foliage or when draped evenly to avoid gaps in the light map. 🎵🌈

Usage Recommendations

Install the net by draping it over a bush, fixing it with ties to posts, or laying it over other garden features for effect. For best DIY pixel results, attach the mesh so LEDs are close to the surface you want to illuminate, and avoid large folds that compress multiple LEDs together. When using animated uploads, test small GIFs first to check how colours map across the mesh.

If you plan to run extended animations or music-reactive modes overnight, position the power adapter under cover and away from direct water exposure because the adapter is not rated for immersion. For voice control, ensure the local Wi-Fi signal reaches the installation point to maintain responsive control and minimise lag. ⚡

Practical Tips

Use the preset scenes to create quick looks for evenings and parties, then save your favourites in the app for easy recall. For seasonal themes try uploading simple high-contrast images to make the pixel effects more visible in shrubs with thinner foliage. The high pixel density gives better definition than wider-spaced LED nets, but visual clarity still depends on how evenly the net is placed and the type of plant used.
