VMIKIV 40x20x25 Underseat Travel Backpack with Laptop and Anti-Theft Pocket

If you need a personal bag designed to fit beneath the seat on a Ryanair flight, the VMIKIV 40x20x25 backpack is built around that use. It has a laptop compartment and an anti-theft pocket, with a backpack format for carrying it through the airport or using it as a daypack. Its listed dimensions are worth comparing with the current allowance for your flight, as airline rules can change.

The manufacturer also describes it as suitable for more than 100 airlines. That makes it relevant for travellers who want one compact bag for different trips, though the stated size should still be checked against each airline’s requirements.

Usage tips

Pack it with the underseat space in mind: the dimensions are 20 x 25 x 40 cm, so bulky items may make it harder to use the available space neatly. Keep travel essentials in the smaller pockets and reserve the laptop compartment for a device that fits, no laptop size is specified here. The anti-theft pocket gives you a separate place for items you want to keep less accessible, but the product information does not describe how it is secured.

For a short trip, the backpack format can be more convenient than carrying a small suitcase through an airport. It can also serve as a casual daypack once you arrive. If you are travelling with more luggage or need to pack bulky items, a larger bag may suit that trip better.

Strengths

The appeal is its combination of a compact cabin format and separate storage areas, rather than a focus on extra capacity or elaborate travel features. Buyers describe it as roomy for its size and useful for short trips, and mention the multiple pockets, laptop compartment and anti-theft pocket. Some also report that it fits Ryanair’s size requirements and is comfortable to carry. These are customer impressions, not a substitute for checking the allowance that applies to your booking.

It’s a good fit if you want a backpack-style personal bag for airport journeys and overnight travel, with compartments to organise everyday items. Better avoided if your plans call for a larger bag or you need a specified laptop fit, as no capacity or laptop dimensions are provided. Buyers also speak positively about its durability and value, but those impressions do not establish a lifespan or performance guarantee.

What to clarify

Is it intended for Ryanair underseat use? Yes. The manufacturer describes it as a personal bag designed to go under the seat on Ryanair flights. Its listed dimensions are 20 x 25 x 40 cm, check these against the allowance for your particular flight.

Will it work with other airlines? The manufacturer states compatibility with more than 100 airlines. As cabin-bag rules differ, confirm the permitted personal-item size for your route before travelling.

What is covered by the warranty? The supplied product information states a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, but does not detail its terms or exclusions.

Should you buy it?

Choose the VMIKIV if a compact backpack with a laptop compartment and an additional anti-theft pocket suits the way you travel. It offers a practical alternative to a small wheeled case when you would rather carry your personal bag on your back. The key decision is whether its stated dimensions and unspecified internal capacity suit your airline’s rules and the amount you plan to pack.
