UGREEN 45422 20W USB-C Charger with PD 3.0, Purple
Product description
The UGREEN 45422 is a 20W USB-C wall charger in purple, with one USB-C port for charging a compatible phone or other device. Its compact, lightweight design makes it easy to keep at a desk or pack for a trip.
With Power Delivery and support for several other charging protocols, it offers a practical alternative to a basic 5V/1A plug when you want a compatible device to charge faster. It is designed for everyday use at home, in the office or while travelling.
How to use it
Connect a compatible USB-C charging cable to the adapter and your device, then plug the charger into a suitable wall socket. The single port keeps the setup simple for charging one device at a time. At a desk, it can provide a dedicated charging point for a phone, when travelling, its portable design makes it convenient to carry between locations.
The charger is listed as compatible with a range of devices, including iPhone 15 and later series, selected iPad models, AirPods Pro, Galaxy S-series phones and Pixel phones. Check that your device and cable support the charging standard you want to use. The product listing also names magnetic wireless chargers among compatible devices, the adapter supplies power through its USB-C connection.
Strengths
The 20W output and PD 3.0 support make this a useful choice for compatible phones that can take advantage of USB-C Power Delivery. It also supports PD 2.0, QC 4.0/3.0/2.0, PPS and FCP, giving it broader protocol support than a basic 5V/1A charger. That makes it a flexible everyday plug if your household uses devices with different fast-charging standards.
Built-in protections are designed to guard connected devices against overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating and short circuits. For a regular charging routine, that adds practical protection alongside the convenience of a small wall adapter. Its purple finish also offers a clear colour choice if you prefer an accessory that is easy to distinguish from standard black or white plugs.
What matters most
The key decision is whether your device can use USB-C charging and one of the supported protocols. When it can, the 20W rating and PD support provide a faster-charging option than a basic 5V/1A plug, while the additional QC and PPS support broadens its usefulness across compatible phones. Charging speed depends on the connected device and its supported charging mode.
A single USB-C port suits someone who wants a straightforward charger for one device, rather than a multi-port adapter for charging several items together. For example, it can serve as a dedicated phone charger at work and then move easily into a travel bag for use elsewhere. The purple colour helps identify it among shared chargers.
Practical questions
Which charging standards does it support? It supports PD 3.0 and 2.0, QC 4.0, 3.0 and 2.0, PPS and FCP. Your device must support the relevant standard to use it.

Final verdict
The UGREEN 45422 suits anyone looking for a portable 20W USB-C charger for a compatible phone or other device. Its PD support, range of charging protocols and built-in protections make it a practical everyday option for home, office and travel use.
