SONGMICS BERIT Collection LFM034B01 Full-Length Mirror, 150 x 40 cm, Matte Black
Product description
Before heading out, a full-length mirror can make it easier to check an outfit from head to toe without shifting position. The SONGMICS BERIT Collection LFM034B01 is a freestanding rectangular mirror with a matte black frame, designed for spaces such as a bedroom, hallway or living room.
It arrives ready to use, with no assembly required. At 150 x 40 cm, it offers a tall viewing area while remaining movable between suitable spots around the home.
How to use it
Place the mirror on the floor and open its stand fully before use, the manufacturer notes that this is important for stability. Its freestanding design is useful if you rent or prefer to rearrange a room, as it avoids committing to a wall-mounted position. For example, it can sit in a bedroom for getting dressed, then be moved to a hallway when you want a final outfit check. The listed weight is 5.1 kg, and the product description says it can be moved with one hand.
The glass is tempered and has a safety film intended to help keep it from scattering if it breaks. That is a safety feature, not a claim that the mirror cannot break. The frame is aluminium alloy, with a steel support, the product information also describes the frame as rust-resistant.
Why it makes sense
This is a practical alternative to a fixed mirror when you want flexibility or do not want to install one on a wall. Would a wall-mounted style suit the room better? It may if you want to keep floor space clear, this model is intended to stand on the floor, so it needs a suitable place to sit.
Buyer feedback is generally positive about the mirror’s appearance, size and perceived quality, with some saying it looks more expensive than they expected. Comments on stability are mixed: some find it sturdy, while others are less satisfied with the stand. Opening the stand fully is therefore an important part of setting it up, though it does not remove the mixed feedback. You’ll like it if you want a full-length view and the option to move the mirror rather than fix it in one place. You may want to skip it if you need a wall-mounted mirror or have no floor space for a freestanding one.

Practical questions

Does the safety film make the glass unbreakable? No. The stated benefit is that the film helps prevent broken glass from scattering, the mirror can still break, so handle it carefully.
How should the stand be positioned? Open it fully before relying on the mirror, as the manufacturer says this helps keep it stable.
Buying verdict
Choose the SONGMICS LFM034B01 if a movable, floor-standing mirror suits your room better than a fixed installation, and you want a head-to-toe view in a 150 x 40 cm format. The tempered glass and safety film are useful details, but stability feedback is not uniform, so its stand and placement deserve consideration. It is less suited to rooms where floor space is at a premium or where a wall-mounted mirror is the priority.
