BODYMATE Round Yoga and Meditation Cushion, 31 cm, Adjustable Buckwheat Filling
Product description
The 13 cm height gives this round BODYMATE cushion a defined seat for meditation, while its buckwheat husk filling can be increased or reduced to alter the height.
Its 31 cm diameter makes it a compact option for home practice or use in a studio. The colour is pink, and the outer cover is made from extra-thick cotton.
One care detail matters: the product information specifies that the cover is machine washable at 30 °C. It does not state that the filled inner cushion is washable.
How to use it
Place the cushion on the floor as a seat for meditation or other seated practice. Its filling can be added to or removed from, so you can adjust the seat height rather than being tied to the stated 13 cm profile. That gives it more flexibility than a fixed-height cushion, though the product details do not specify a range of adjustment.
For care, the removable cover can be washed in a machine at 30 °C. The cushion has a durable zip, and the filling sits in a separate inner cushion, only the cover is identified as machine washable. Keep that distinction in mind when deciding how you want to clean it.

Strengths
The main practical advantage is the adjustable filling. If the set height does not suit your preferred seated position, you can change it by adding or removing husks. The filling is a natural product and is described as having been hand-washed multiple times, more than 90% of it consists of whole husks.
The cotton cover is described as extra thick and has a zip, making it removable for the stated machine wash. This offers a straightforward care option for regular home use, without implying that the inner cushion can go through the wash as well. The cushion is also presented for both studio and home use, so it can suit someone who wants one seat for either setting.
Can the cushion height be changed? Yes. The filling can be increased or reduced to vary the height, although no adjustment range is given.
Can you machine wash the whole cushion? The care information only specifies machine washing the cover, at 30 °C. It does not give washing instructions for the inner cushion.
What is inside the cushion? The filling is buckwheat husks, with over 90% whole husks. The separate inner cushion is made from 55% cotton and 45% polyester.
When it makes sense
A solid pick if you want a compact, round meditation seat with a height you can adjust through its filling, and a removable cotton cover with stated machine-wash care. It offers a different approach from a basic fixed-height seat: the fill can be changed to suit your preferred position. You may want to skip it if having a machine-washable inner cushion is essential, as only the cover is specified as washable. For anyone comparing meditation cushions, the key choice is whether adjustable buckwheat filling and a washable cover matter more than a stated cleaning method for the entire cushion.
