OFFCUP V9-YC-53CMQJS-FBA Pizza Oven Brush, 56cm Copper Bristles and Scraper

Copper-wire bristles sweep ash and food residue from pizza ovens and stones, while the scraper tackles baked-on leftovers. The 56cm wooden handle gives you reach across the cooking surface. A small brush is also included for corners and tighter areas.

Technical details

• Type: Pizza oven and pizza stone cleaning brush
• Size: 56L x 4W x 4H centimetres
• Materials: Rubber wood handle and copper wire bristles
• Features: Metal scraper, detachable handle and hanging loop
• Suitable surfaces: Pizza ovens and pizza stones

The long handle helps you sweep across the oven and reach into corners, while the copper-wire brush head is designed to remove ash, grease and food residue. For stubborn baked-on remains, use the scraper on the back of the brush head. The separate small brush is useful for smaller areas that the main brush cannot reach as easily.

How to use it

Assemble the two-part handle before cleaning, the included screwdriver is provided for this. Use the brush to sweep ash and loose residue from the oven or pizza stone, working across the surface and into corners. For burnt-on cheese or other stubborn residue, use the scraper to loosen it, then brush away the debris. The small brush gives you another way to clean tight spots and detail areas.

This combination of a long-handled brush, scraper and smaller cleaning brush offers a practical alternative to relying on a compact brush alone or using separate tools for each task. The main brush is suited to broader cleaning, while the scraper and small brush help with more concentrated jobs. Once you have finished, the detachable handle can be taken apart for storage, and the loop lets you hang the brush on a rack or another suitable place.

In the box

The set includes the handle and brush, a screwdriver, a small brush and a silicone clip. These pieces support assembly and give you different tools for cleaning the oven surface and smaller areas. The hanging loop also makes it straightforward to store the assembled brush within reach between uses.

Final verdict

For home cooks and outdoor pizza oven users who want one tool for sweeping and scraping, this OFFCUP brush brings both tasks together in a 56cm format. Its long wooden handle helps cover the cooking surface, the copper-wire bristles clear residue, and the scraper is ready for more stubborn baked-on food. The included small brush adds a useful option for corners, making the set well suited to regular cleaning of pizza ovens and stones.
