Lifewit 24222 Metal Firewood Rack with Waterproof Cover, 122 x 58.5 x 122 cm

Keep firewood organised beside a porch, garden or fire pit with the Lifewit covered rack. Its raised steel frame gives logs a dedicated place off the ground, while the waterproof cover helps shelter the stack from rain and dust.

The rack measures 122 x 58.5 x 122 cm and combines a powder-coated steel frame with Oxford fabric and a PU coating. Vent openings support airflow around the stored wood, helping to manage moisture beneath the cover.

A zipped, openable cover gives straightforward access when you need logs. The side pocket is handy for keeping firewood gloves or a lighter close to the stack.

What to know

This outdoor firewood rack brings storage and weather protection together. The steel frame is designed to support a stacked supply of logs, and its raised base keeps the stack clear of the ground. That makes it a practical alternative to leaving firewood in an open pile, particularly when you want a defined storage spot near the place you use it.

The cover is made from Oxford fabric with a PU coating and opens with a double-sided zip. Vent openings let air circulate, while the cover helps shield the wood from rain and dust. A side pocket keeps small firewood accessories within easy reach, so gloves do not have to be stored separately from the logs.

Getting the most from it

Choose a level outdoor spot with room to access the zip and stack the logs neatly within the frame. The rack is 122 cm high, 122 cm wide and 58.5 cm deep, giving you a clear guide when planning where it will sit. Its black finish and simple, modern shape suit a practical storage area on a porch or in a garden.

The cover can be lifted open for access and secured when raised, making it easier to load or take out logs without removing the whole cover. When closed, use the buckle strap to secure it over the stack. Keeping the wood arranged with space for air to move around it works alongside the rack’s vents to support circulation.

How to use it

Assemble the rack using the included instructions and numbered parts, then position it on the floor in your chosen outdoor storage area. Stack the firewood on the raised base and pull the cover into place. Open the zip to add or remove logs, and use the side pocket for gloves or a lighter. The frame is intended for firewood storage, so keep the stack within its structure and close the cover after access.

For a regular fire-pit routine, the rack keeps the supply in one organised location rather than scattered around the garden. It also suits porch storage where a covered stack can be kept close to the house while remaining outdoors. The choice is straightforward: an open rack prioritises uncovered access, while this design adds a cover and a pocket for everyday firewood essentials.

Before you decide

What are the rack’s dimensions? It measures 122 x 58.5 x 122 cm. The cover measures 122 x 61 x 106.7 cm, which helps when planning the space around the storage area.

How do you access the firewood? The cover has a double-sided zip and can be opened fully, so logs can be added or taken out directly. A buckle strap helps secure the cover.

Does the cover allow airflow? Yes. Vent openings are designed to support airflow around the stored wood and help reduce moisture build-up beneath the cover.

Is it worth it?

For anyone storing firewood outdoors, the Lifewit rack combines a raised steel frame, a waterproof cover and easy access in one dedicated storage space. The zipped opening, ventilation and handy side pocket make it well suited to keeping logs and everyday firewood accessories organised near a porch, garden or fire pit.
