HARPER LIVING 1421B Rechargeable LED Wall Lights, Motion Sensor, Set of 2

For lighting spots around the home where a motion-triggered light is useful, the HARPER LIVING 1421B set pairs rechargeable LED wall lamps with a built-in sensor and remote control.

Choose warm, natural or cool white light, then adjust brightness to suit the room or task. Each lamp also offers selectable uplighting, downlighting or both together.

Would a light that can also be removed for handheld use make nighttime routines easier? These lamps can work as a torch when used with one lighting side switched on.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use the motion-sensing mode in a bedroom, hallway or by stairs to have light come on automatically in low-light conditions. The remote lets you change colour temperature, brightness and timer, sleep and memory settings, the lamp’s button provides another way to operate it. For a more deliberate lighting setup, select uplighting, downlighting or both, depending on where you want the light directed.

Each lamp can be removed from its magnetic base and used as a handheld light with one side illuminated. That gives the pair a practical role beyond fixed wall lighting, such as providing light for a quick task around the home. The base can attach to a metallic surface, while wall installation can use adhesive strips or screws. Compared with a conventional wired wall sconce, this battery-powered format offers placement flexibility without relying on a fixed power connection.

Buyers commonly praise the appearance, straightforward installation and flexibility, with the torch function singled out as a useful extra. Some also report being pleased with battery life, actual charging intervals depend on use and the selected settings.
