GTPLAYER GT832 Velvet Gaming Chair with Lumbar Support, 150° Recline and Footrest

For adult gamers and home-office users who want a supportive seat for longer stretches at a desk, the GTPLAYER GT832 combines a velvet cover with foam padding, head and lumbar cushions, and a tall extended backrest.

When it is time to take a break, the backrest reclines up to 150° and the footrest retracts into place, turning the chair into a spot to relax between tasks or gaming sessions.

Finished in light blue, it has a metal frame, synchronised armrests that move with the backrest, and 360° swivel castors for moving around your workspace.

How to use it

Use the GT832 as a desk chair for gaming or home-office work, with the head and lumbar cushions providing support while seated. The breathable fabric and soft foam padding are intended to make longer sessions more comfortable, including on warmer days. Its extended backrest gives you a place to rest your upper body, while the armrests follow your movement when you recline.

For a change of position, lean the backrest back to a maximum of 150° and extend the footrest for a short rest. When you are ready to return to the desk, bring the chair upright and retract the footrest. Assembly is required, the chair comes with instructions, and the stated setup time is 15 minutes.

What stands out

This chair brings desk seating and a reclined break together in one design. Compared with a straightforward office chair intended mainly for upright sitting, the adjustable backrest and retractable footrest offer a more relaxed position without needing a separate lounge seat. The synchronised armrests move along with the recline, helping keep your arms supported as your posture changes.

The velvet finish gives the light-blue chair a softer look than a typical gaming seat, while the foam-padded seat and cushions add comfort for everyday use. A metal frame supports the design, and the swivel castors let you move around the room without needing to get up each time you reach across your desk. What makes it useful beyond gaming? The same reclining features suit a home office where you want to shift position during the day.
