Dailydream NIVG1010 Weighted Blanket, 135 x 200 cm, 7 kg, Cotton

Some sleepers prefer a light cover, while others want a more settled, enveloping feel at bedtime or while relaxing on the sofa. The Dailydream NIVG1010 weighted blanket pairs a cotton cover with glass-bead filling to provide evenly distributed pressure. At 135 x 200 cm and 7 kg, it is intended for adults with a body weight of 66–82 kg. Could this be the comforting layer you want for winding down at home?

Tech summary

The blanket measures 135 x 200 cm and weighs 7 kg, with a blue 100% cotton cover and glass-bead filling. Its internal construction helps keep the beads in place, distributing the weight across the blanket for a consistent, gentle pressure. That weighted feel offers a different kind of comfort from a standard duvet or throw, particularly when you want a more secure sensation while sitting or settling down to sleep.

The stated body-weight range is 66–82 kg, and the general guidance for choosing a weighted blanket is to look for a weight around one-tenth of your body weight. The blanket is designed for adult use and can be used on its own or with a duvet cover, using the integrated buckle system to attach the cover. It is made according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and the textiles are described as suitable for allergy sufferers.

For care, hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle at a maximum of 30°C. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron. These instructions help you care for the blanket while keeping to its stated washing requirements.

Who it’s for

This blanket suits adults looking for a weighted layer for home use, whether settling into bed or taking a comfortable break on the sofa. Its 7 kg weight and stated body-weight range make it easier to assess whether the blanket matches your needs, while the 135 x 200 cm format provides a generous single blanket size for everyday use.

If your priority is a familiar, light cover, a standard blanket may better match that preference. The Dailydream takes a more weighted approach: glass microbeads create an even-pressure feel, and the cotton cover is described as breathable while helping retain warmth. It is an option for people who want that combination during rest, rather than simply another layer for warmth.

What you get

The package contains one Dailydream adult weighted blanket. Use it alone for a direct weighted feel, or attach a duvet cover with the integrated buckle system. For example, it can be laid over the bed when you are ready to wind down, then used on the sofa for a quiet rest at home. The blue finish gives it a clear, simple look in either setting.
