townssilk HU-XI-201 Silk Pillowcase, 19 Momme Mulberry Silk, Hidden Zip
Product description
For anyone looking to add a silk surface to a nightly hair- and skin-care routine, the townssilk HU-XI-201 pillowcase offers 100% mulberry silk on both sides. Its smooth feel brings a considered touch to everyday bedding.
Made from 19 Momme, 6A grade silk, it has a breathable feel for regular use. The hidden zip helps keep the pillow in place, so the case sits neatly while you sleep.
The stated size is 50x75cm. In Naturalwhite, this single pillowcase is designed for shoppers seeking a silk alternative to a standard fabric case, with a straightforward design that works as part of a bedtime routine.
Getting the most from it
Use it as a protective cover for a feather pillow or as a silk surface for your usual sleep set-up. The smooth texture is intended to reduce friction against hair and skin, making it a practical choice if you want to limit the tugging and creasing associated with contact against a pillowcase. It can sit alongside your existing hair or skin-care routine without adding another step.
The concealed zip keeps the pillow enclosed and gives the case a clean finish. Before buying, match the stated 50x75cm size to your pillow for a suitable fit. The Naturalwhite colour and solid pattern also make it easy to pair with plain or patterned bedding.
For care, hand washing is recommended, gentle machine washing is also suitable. Use a mild, neutral detergent, lay the case flat to dry and avoid wringing, bleach or harsh cleaning agents. These simple care steps help you look after the silk between uses.

Why it’s worth it
The key difference is the silk on both sides: the pillowcase offers the same smooth material whichever way it is turned, rather than reserving silk for just one surface. Its friction-reducing feel makes it a considered option for people who want their bedding to complement hair care, while the breathable fabric suits regular overnight use. The zipper adds a practical detail by helping keep the pillow securely inside the cover.
Customer feedback often highlights the silky softness, appearance and perceived benefits for hair, including waking with fewer creases or less frizz. Views on durability are mixed: some buyers report lasting use, while others mention fabric damage or creasing after washing. Following the recommended care instructions is a practical way to care for the silk.
