BANDAI Plim Plim Tuni PL85060 Interactive Vehicle with Lights and Music
Product description
What you’ll notice day to day
Measuring 25 x 17 x 20 centimetres, this multicoloured plastic Tuni vehicle brings movement, lights and music into play with Plim Plim. Place the removable figure in the vehicle and press down to set its Push & Go action in motion. Touch Plim Plim to trigger melodies, phrases and light effects. It suits children who enjoy an interactive toy with several ways to play, while a simple vehicle may appeal more when rolling action alone is the priority.
On an indoor floor, children can send Tuni moving, follow it and then take Plim Plim out to continue the story. The combination gives them a straightforward way to switch between vehicle play and imaginative scenes with the character. Pressing and handling the figure and vehicle also supports fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, while making up stories encourages creativity. The vehicle operates manually, needs no batteries and is recommended for children aged 18 months and up.
Worth noting
Tuni’s different features are linked to simple actions: pressing the figure down starts the vehicle’s Push & Go movement, while touching Plim Plim activates music, phrases and lights. This gives children an active part in making the toy respond, rather than relying on sound or movement alone. The removable figure adds another play option once it is out of the vehicle, so the character can be part of a story on its own or along for the ride.
The focus here is on character-led, hands-on play rather than a vehicle with a separate track or elaborate set-up. It brings movement and sensory features together in one toy, with imaginative play built around Plim Plim. Adult supervision is recommended during use. Assembly is required.
How to use it
Set Tuni on an indoor floor, place Plim Plim in the vehicle and press down to activate the Push & Go action. Children can then press or touch the figure to hear the melodies and phrases and see the light effects. When they want to change the scene, remove Plim Plim and use the figure for independent imaginative play. Alternating between sending the vehicle forward and making up scenes gives little ones a simple, varied play routine centred on the same character.
