ZOINLIY Non-Slip Stair Treads, 15-Pack, 30 x 8-Inch, Dark Grey

A textured surface and grippy backing help these ZOINLIY stair treads add traction to smooth indoor steps, while the individual mats bring a softer feel underfoot. Each tread measures 30 x 8 inches, and the dark grey colour gives a simple, understated look on wooden stairs.

The 15-piece set suits a staircase where you want coverage step by step rather than a single continuous runner. The treads are designed for indoor use on smooth surfaces, including wood, tile and marble.

What you’ll notice day to day

Each mat sits on its own step, making it easier to place the treads where they’re useful and adjust their alignment during installation. The TPE-and-rubber hybrid backing is designed to grip smooth surfaces without permanent adhesive, so the mats can be repositioned and removed without leaving residue. Their individual format is a practical alternative to fitting a full-length stair runner, particularly when you want a separate, washable covering on each step.

The textured linen surface adds a comfortable layer between feet and hard stair surfaces, while the backing also helps protect the steps from everyday scuffs. Dark grey and a solid pattern keep the look neutral, so the treads can complement a range of indoor décor. Buyer feedback often highlights straightforward installation and useful everyday performance, including cleaning. Experiences with adhesion are mixed, so the intended surface matters: these treads are designed for smooth indoor steps such as wood, tile and marble.

Quick overview

This set contains 15 handmade, tufted stair mats in dark grey. Each is 30 x 8 inches, with dimensions also listed as 76.2L x 20.3W centimetres. Their runner-style shape provides coverage across the walking area of a step, while the separate pieces let you position each tread individually. The design brings together a textured fabric top and a non-permanent gripping backing for indoor stair use. Choose this format when you prefer individual mats that can be lifted for cleaning over a single runner spanning the staircase.

Maintenance

The treads are machine washable, making it easier to freshen them up after everyday foot traffic, muddy paws or spills. Use mild detergent and allow each mat to air-dry before placing it back on the stairs. Their removable format also makes it straightforward to lift an individual tread for cleaning rather than handling one long stair covering.

When it makes sense

These treads are suited to households looking to add a softer, textured surface to indoor wooden steps, or to other smooth indoor stair surfaces. The 15-piece pack offers a matching set for a multi-step staircase, and the dark grey finish keeps the look restrained while helping define each tread. They’re especially useful when you want step-by-step coverage that can be repositioned and machine washed, with a backing designed to grip smooth stairs without permanent adhesive.
