ZOENN Turn-Board Dance Turning Board, Pink, 29 cm with EVA Foam Pad
Product description
If your practice calls for repeated turns, a dedicated turning board offers a more focused tool than general balance drills. The ZOENN Turn-Board is designed to support turning technique, balance and posture for dancers, skaters, gymnasts and cheerleaders, with an arc-shaped profile intended to reduce friction during turns.
Its compact size makes it easy to bring between home and the studio for focused practice.
Quick sizing guide
The board measures 29 x 7.4 x 1.3 centimetres and is listed for adults. Its rectangular shape gives you a defined surface for turning practice, while the lightweight plastic construction makes it straightforward to carry. The pink finish adds a clear colour choice for a personal training kit.
For practice, use it on a smooth floor such as wood or marble, as recommended for the board’s arc design. That setting helps the board move through turns as intended. The EVA foam padding provides a cushioned, non-slip contact surface, and the curved underside is designed to reduce friction as you rotate. These features make the board useful for practising turns as a specific movement, rather than relying only on general balance exercises.
Why it’s worth it
Turning technique asks for control as well as balance. This board brings those practice goals together in a simple, portable format: repeat turns, work on posture and develop balance in a space such as a dance studio or at home. Dancers can use it for turning drills, while skaters, gymnasts and cheerleaders can add it to movement-focused training. It is a practical choice when the aim is to practise rotations, rather than choose a broader piece of equipment for general conditioning.
The curved design is intended to make turns smoother by reducing friction on suitable smooth floors. A foam-padded top adds comfort and grip during use, while the plastic board keeps the overall item light. Together, these details support focused sessions without making the board cumbersome to carry.
Customers describe the board as useful for practising balance and turns, and some mention using it for off-ice figure-skating practice. Buyers also report that children enjoy using it, however, the listed age range is adult, so choose it with that designation in mind.
