Yanyink 812XL T812XLBK Black Ink Cartridges, Remanufactured 2-Pack

The two-cartridge format gives you a pair of remanufactured 812XL black ink cartridges for compatible Epson WorkForce printers. Need to replenish black ink for regular document printing? Each cartridge has a stated yield of up to 1,100 pages at 5% coverage on A4 paper. The ink is described as smudge-resistant, making it suited to crisp text and everyday printed materials.

Key features

This set contains two black cartridges and a user guide, so you have a replacement ready when the first cartridge runs out. The 812XL capacity is designed for compatible printer models, with a stated yield of up to 1,100 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage. Actual page use varies with the amount of ink on each page, so text-heavy documents and pages with more printed content will use ink differently.

The cartridges are compatible replacements rather than original-brand Epson cartridges. For shoppers comparing replacement approaches, this two-pack keeps the focus on replenishing black ink in one purchase, instead of choosing a multi-colour set. Smudge-resistant ink is useful for documents that are handled after printing, such as letters, forms, schedules and work materials.

Tips for day-to-day use

Check that your printer is one of the listed models before installing a cartridge: Epson WorkForce Pro WF-7840, WF-7820 or WF-7310, or Epson WorkForce EC-C7000. Matching the exact printer model helps ensure you select a cartridge intended for your device. Keep the user guide nearby for installation guidance.

These are third-party compatible cartridges, and printer firmware changes can affect cartridge recognition. The product guidance recommends turning off printer update checks while using them. This is a practical step to consider when managing updates and cartridge use together.

Everyday use

A black cartridge is useful for the steady run of printed material in a home office or workplace: reports, school assignments, correspondence and forms. With two cartridges in the pack, you can install one and keep the other available as a replacement. The stated page yield also gives you a reference point when planning replenishment, while the 5% coverage basis helps put that figure in context.

For routine printing, the smudge-resistant feature supports clean-looking text on pages that may be sorted, passed around or filed. It also suits users who mainly need black ink and prefer to select colour supplies separately rather than buy a combined colour-and-black pack. The compatible printer list makes it straightforward to check whether this 812XL set matches the intended WorkForce model.

Should you buy it?

It’s a good fit if you own one of the listed Epson WorkForce printers and want two remanufactured 812XL black cartridges for ongoing document printing. The key reasons to choose this set are its specific model compatibility, two-cartridge format and stated yield of up to 1,100 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage. For a compatible printer that regularly handles text, forms and other black-ink pages, it offers a practical way to keep a replacement on hand.
