Yamaziot Anti-Fatigue Kitchen Rug Set of 2, Cushioned Non-Slip Mats

Standing at the sink to wash dishes or prep a meal is where this two-piece Yamaziot mat set is intended to help. The cushioned mats are designed for indoor use in kitchens, laundry rooms or offices. Their farmhouse look adds a decorative element alongside practical floor coverage. One detail to note: the listed length of the shorter mat differs between the product details and description.

Practical tips

Use the mats separately or place them together to cover different standing areas, such as in front of a sink and along a nearby counter. The set is described as suitable for surfaces including wood, ceramic and marble, but the floor should be clean and dry before placement. Bevelled edges are intended to help reduce tripping, while the backing is described as non-slip. That does not guarantee the mats will stay put on every floor: buyers report mixed experiences with grip, so their position may need attention in your space.

The product details specify spot cleaning, while the description says spills can be wiped with a damp cloth. That makes it a practical format for everyday splashes, but it is not described as machine washable. For care, follow the spot-clean instruction rather than treating it like a washable fabric rug.

What you’ll notice day to day

The foam cushioning is intended to soften the feel of standing while cooking, cleaning or working at a counter. The mats are listed as 0.4 inches thick, with a rectangular shape and green/multicolour farmhouse styling. Buyers often praise the soft feel underfoot and the appearance, and some appreciate how easily surface spills can be wiped away. Feedback on thickness is more divided, so expectations about how substantial the cushioning feels may vary.

Compared with a flat decorative runner, these mats prioritize cushioning underfoot and a wipe-clean surface. They are better suited to defined standing spots than to covering a large floor area. The set contains two pieces, listed at 17.3 inches wide, with one longer mat and one shorter mat. However, the shorter length appears as both 27 and 28 inches in the supplied details, if that measurement matters for a tight space, confirm the exact size before choosing.

Key takeaways

This set brings together cushioning, a water-resistant surface and a coordinated farmhouse look for common indoor work areas. It may be a more useful choice than a basic thin rug where standing comfort and quick spill cleanup matter. Buyers’ comments are positive about softness, appearance and ease of cleaning, but grip and perceived thickness receive mixed feedback. Worth considering if you want two mats for separate kitchen or laundry stations. It may not suit you if you need a single large floor covering or require a precisely confirmed shorter-mat length.

Practical questions

Where can the mats be used? They are intended for indoor spaces such as the kitchen, laundry room or office, including areas in front of a sink.

How should they be cleaned? The care details specify spot cleaning, the product description also says spills can be wiped with a damp cloth.

Do both pieces have the same length? No. The set includes a longer and a shorter mat. The shorter mat’s listed measurement differs across the supplied product details.

When it makes sense

Choose the Yamaziot set when you want cushioned coverage for specific standing areas rather than a full-room rug, and when its green/multicolour farmhouse style suits the space. Its two-piece format gives you flexibility to position mats separately, while the wipeable surface is relevant around everyday kitchen spills. The size discrepancy and mixed buyer feedback on grip are worth weighing against your floor layout and expectations for underfoot cushioning. For a washable rug or a single continuous runner, a different format would be a better match.
