VUOPAX B48A Portable Bluetooth Speaker, IP65, 200W Peak, 24-Hour Playtime

Dual woofers and tweeters pair with Bass Boost to give the VUOPAX B48A a full, bass-forward sound for playlists at a gathering or music outdoors. Its advertised 200W peak output is designed for listening beyond a desk or bedside table.

Bluetooth connects the speaker to a phone or tablet, while AUX, USB and TF card inputs offer other ways to play music. TWS lets you pair two speakers for stereo sound.

The portable cabinet measures 38.1 x 15.3 x 19 cm and weighs 3.59 kg. A shoulder strap helps when carrying it between the car, campsite or backyard, its IP65 rating suits outdoor use around dust and water.

Key points

The B48A combines two 3.5-inch woofers and two 1.5-inch tweeters with DSP and a one-touch Bass Boost control. That gives you a straightforward way to bring out deeper bass in bass-heavy tracks, with stereo output for everyday listening. The speaker’s peak output is rated at 200W, and the advertised battery playtime is up to 24 hours, actual playtime varies with volume and audio content.

Use Bluetooth 5.4 for wireless playback from a compatible phone or tablet, or choose AUX, USB or a TF card to suit the source. For a wider stereo setup, TWS can link two speakers. The orange enclosure has a built-in handle and comes with a shoulder strap, AUX cable, charging cable and quick-start guide.

Buyers have praised the sound, bass, battery life and ease of Bluetooth connection. Those impressions can help when choosing a speaker for regular music playback, while the listed features show what the B48A offers for shared listening. Compared with a compact speaker intended mainly for personal listening, this model’s larger cabinet and carry strap suit moving music between rooms or taking it to a get-together.

Practical tips

Choose the connection that fits the moment: Bluetooth for a phone or tablet, AUX for a wired source, or USB and TF card playback. For AUX listening, fully seat the supplied cable to help prevent static from a poor connection. The manufacturer recommends audio sources with a bitrate of at least 128 kbps for clearer playback.

Bass Boost works by enhancing low frequencies, so its effect is most noticeable with music that already has strong bass. Vocals and high-pitched tracks may sound less different with the feature enabled. For outdoor plans, the IP65 rating makes the speaker suitable for settings where dust or water may be present.

Who it’s for

The B48A is suited to listeners who want one portable speaker for music at home, parties, travel or outdoor gatherings. Its strap, multiple playback options and long advertised playtime are practical when the speaker needs to move with the group rather than stay connected to a fixed home audio system. The Bluetooth connection keeps playback simple with a phone or tablet, while wired and card inputs give you alternative sources.

Worth considering if you want a speaker with dedicated bass controls and the option to create a two-speaker TWS setup. Its size and 3.59 kg weight make it more suited to carrying between planned listening spots than to slipping into a small bag for everyday personal listening.

When it makes sense

Choose the VUOPAX B48A when your priority is portable, shared music with flexible playback: set it up for a backyard gathering, bring it along for a trip, or use the strap to carry it from the vehicle to an outdoor seating area. The IP65 rating, Bluetooth playback, AUX and card inputs, Bass Boost and advertised 24-hour playtime come together for these occasions. It is a practical fit for listeners who want more than a small personal speaker, with simple ways to connect and a design made to travel between settings.
