VIVOHOME 1/4 HP 3.5 CFM Single-Stage AC Vacuum Pump Kit with Gauge Set
Product description
The die-cast aluminum housing gives the VIVOHOME 1/4 HP, 3.5 CFM single-stage AC vacuum pump a compact, portable format for air-conditioning and refrigeration work. It removes moisture from an AC system before refrigerant is added, while the included manifold gauge set helps measure system pressure during diagnosis and recharging.
This kit brings the pump, gauges, colour-coded hoses, thermometer and vacuum oil together for automotive AC, HVAC and refrigeration tasks. Its carrying bag helps keep the gauge set and related equipment organized between jobs.
Who it’s for
This kit suits people maintaining or diagnosing compatible automotive air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, as well as those doing HVAC work. It is designed for systems using R134a, R12, R22, R502 or R410a. The included R410a fitting adapters connect from 1/4 in to 5/16 in, making the relevant fittings part of the kit’s setup.
For a practical service workflow, use the pump to remove moisture before recharging, and use the manifold gauges to monitor pressure. The included thermometer supports vehicle temperature inspection. If you are choosing between assembling separate tools and buying a pump-and-gauge package, this set groups the main service equipment and accessories in one kit.
What stands out
The pump’s ergonomic grip handle and composite anti-slip rubber base support portability and steady placement. A built-in cooling fan is designed for extended use, and the oil sight glass makes it easier to monitor oil level and condition during maintenance. When the oil needs changing, the bottom drain valve allows quick, thorough emptying. A 0.35 qt./330 ml bottle of vacuum oil is included.
The manifold’s large viewing glasses provide visibility of refrigerant flow, while colour-coded pressure gauges make it easier to distinguish readings at a glance. Red identifies the high-pressure side, blue the low-pressure side and yellow the filling hose. The flexible rubber hoses have a leak-proof seal design and are suited to the refrigerants listed for this kit. Together, these features help organize the connections and checks involved in AC service.
