TopSum Cat Pheromone Diffuser, 3 Refills

A fragrance-free formula is a useful detail for homes where added scents are unwelcome. This TopSum cat pheromone diffuser set is intended to support a calmer-feeling environment, including in multi-cat households.

Each refill lasts up to 30 days, and the set includes three diffusers and three refills. The listed duration is per refill, not a promise of a particular behaviour change.

If you prioritise plug-in support that runs in the background, this format may suit your routine, if you prefer to address behaviour only through changes to the home or daily routine, a diffuser may not be the approach you want.

Where it shines

The diffuser is described as support for behaviours such as scratching, excessive meowing, overgrooming, hiding and restlessness. It is also presented for cats of all ages, from kittens to seniors. Results can vary by cat, so it is best viewed as one possible part of creating a more comfortable home rather than a guaranteed fix.

The three diffuser units and three refills offer flexibility for use in multiple rooms or a home with several cats. For example, you could plug a unit into a standard outlet in a room where your cat spends time, then keep the other units for separate spaces. The formula is fragrance-free and is said not to leave unwanted odours, which may matter in scent-sensitive homes.

It makes sense if you want a simple, continuous plug-in option and are comfortable assessing whether your cat responds to it. Compared with relying on a single, more basic room-based setup, having multiple units gives you more placement options, it still doesn’t identify or resolve the reason behind a behaviour.

What to know

Use requires a compatible diffuser setup: insert a refill into the diffuser and plug it into a standard outlet. The product is positioned for continuous use, with each refill lasting up to 30 days. That duration is a stated maximum, not a guarantee that every refill or cat will have the same experience.

A diffuser is a background aid, not a substitute for paying attention to changes in your cat’s behaviour or surroundings. If scratching, hiding, overgrooming or excessive meowing persists, the product information alone can’t tell you what is causing it. No specific response is promised, and results may differ between cats.

No scent is added, but the approach may not suit every household: the device needs an outlet, and its usefulness depends on having a suitable place to plug it in. It isn’t for you if you’re looking for a guaranteed behaviour solution or a product that works without a powered diffuser.

Care and maintenance

Setup is straightforward: insert a refill into a compatible diffuser and plug it into a standard outlet. The product information recommends replacing the diffuser device every six months for optimal performance. Refills last up to 30 days each, so ongoing use means keeping track of when a refill needs replacing. The set contains three diffusers and three refills, the information does not specify how long the complete set will last in your home.

Final thoughts

Choose this set if a fragrance-free, plug-in pheromone diffuser fits your home and you want several units for use across rooms or in a multi-cat household. It may be less suitable if you need a guaranteed result, don’t have an appropriate outlet location, or want a solution that addresses the cause of a behaviour rather than offering calming support.
